Comfortably Numb Solo 2 - Lesson - With Tabs

Mark, I keep coming back to this solo out of so many of other renditions.
May I ask how long it took you to really nail the touch and timing as well as you have?
There a several questions I have about certain parts that I’d love to ask, but I’ll start with one:

It sounds like your attack is perfectly soft. You don’t hear the pick attack, which is how I hear the actual Gilmour solo. Your hands are so still and one with the music… how do you do this? Is there an approach?

its an insanely difficult solo to learn. Iv been practicing this for a very very long time, not far off but its the pace i struggle with (not suprising) haha good luck to everyone learning this, because if you can, you have learned amazing skill. Patience.... patience.... patience.... practice....practice.....practice.....

How do you make the first note scream like that?

There’s a missed pull off on the tab in lick 6. It’s right after the half step bend on the 9 of the G string. From 9 to 7.

I love your cover so much but at the end the tab isn't on point with what your are playing

Mate. Clearly you've studied this. So perfect . But one thing I'd change is the picking let your left hand flow those blues notes. Best on the net otherwise

Too good. He is clearly lip syncing.
All kidding aside, that very first lick, coming off the two bends at 9, is so difficult for me to get right. It's all feeling.
