Thanks for the information. I am hosting the game for few friends. I have a few questions. Is it okay if I just add the mods(non-overhaul) without my friends downloading them? Do they need to download the mods by themselves? Or can they just join the game and download them while loading the game?

Actually, if you download unity you can practically create your own character. I made my own Vroid character and imported it into the converter that comes with the mod and it converted the physics and meshes completely into the game

as for 20.08.2023 patns weapons has been updated add new scrap type wepons scrap ar15 ak type guns scrap rifle and scrap lmg witg huge 300 runds magazine.

Imagine different weapon design for each quality level (or at least for every third quality level)
Example: for the level 1 and level 2 pistol we can spot some rust and scrap DYI stuff that keeps the gun from falling apart, for the level 3 and 4 we can see an improved gun that is a good quality with some old parts but no rust or anything, for the level 5 and 6 we can see a mastered pistol that is shiny, has new parts, maybe even some engravings

Either that or different sound design for each level (or every third quality level)

My mods aren't working did the mod folder where it should never shows up in game

are all mods have to be server and client side? or some can be server only and can carry over to players/friends joining my game

Loving the GNS beautiful bases mod. After all the years playing this game It's really nice to put those personal touches on the bases.

DLX also fixes the horrendous iron sights in the game and it doesn't just remove the scope overlay texture but makes the optics and scopes true 3d meaning the zoom is only on the scope itself and not the whole screen.

Who also noticed that the pants weapon pack mod the revolver is literally a painted over ace of spades from destiny 2. Same sound and almost same reload.

In tactical weapons mod when you equip mods on it strange blue window popping up. How to remove this annoying blue shit?

are there any mods that change the skill system? a21's skill system is awful

the sounds are cool with the 556 mod but why would anyone want that cal over 762 lol

Why in the name of Gene Stoner is that charging handle reciprocating? If you can't go to a range to figure out how guns work, then spend ten seconds on Google. I expected to see "Full auto street sweeper hate powered bullet revolver Glock switch actuated lever action" after the first few seconds of the video.

had no idea mods were this fleshed out very cool, how is multiplayer performance for these? aside some missing third party animation would they work?

I would love for the funpimps to add a cartographer table. Like in Valheim so when you play multiplayer with friends you have a chance to see what they explored. That would be awesome.

Someone needs to overhaul the electrical system so you can use a generator and solar in parallel.

For tactical weapons mod, i cant figure out how to make the guns...im in the workbench and it just says track? but its lit up white....

Head up here. All the feel electrical mods are broken and don't pass power correctly. During the day a solar panel well pass power though them to a motion sensor another outside motion sensor and a door. During the evening when the batteries are providing power they only do so to the first device in line and break the whole circuit. This bug has existed with all his electrical mods since A20.

Where do you go to download these mods

"top mods" then later in the video "Tier C mod I will not use this" is this not a contradiction?
I would imagine that if something is a Top Mod I would want it 🙂
I know I am picking on you but there were a few mods you say you would not use it so it's hard to justify them as a "Top Mod"

I checked out the Tactical Weapons and tbh the best part is the Pistols and Grenade Launchers.. I was pretty tempted to just edit it myself and remove everything else.. but then I remembered how long that takes.. lol Hopefully Izayo updates his Pistol pack for 21 as well..

I LOVE that you've started working on your own mods. Keep learning bud. You're setting precedents here.
