ОтветитьLove the cardio barre workouts! I get knee pain from too much weight/strength workouts and these kinds of workouts give a full intensity, full body workout without the sore knee! This workout with the other 45 minute cardio barre (in your living room) are two of my favorites! Thank you for the wonderful instruction on proper form, what muscles we should feel and overall positive attitude to a healthy lifestyle. You provide tremendous motivation!! THANK YOU!

ОтветитьLoved the workout and the low impact options. I would love to see more of these high intense, low impact workouts. My knees prevent me from doing front/back/side lounges, so offering modifications on lounges is always super appreciated! 😊

Did it this morning..without a chair for hip thrusts because my chair was small . Try the pilates ball but it slip so I did it on the floor. Sweaty and perfeito for a morning Sunday workout. 😘
ОтветитьThanks again for this! Added onto one of your fifteen minute workouts :) I’m still struggling with the hip lift clam shells; what muscles are working for the hip lift? If I can figure that out I can find exercises to target them☺️

You in my opinion are one of the best instructor on you tube for many reasons, one being that you excel in both barre and strength training and i too think that balance is what the body needs most. Thank you!
