Why does nobody ever talk about the hip hinge instead of bending at the back improved my game 10 fold
ОтветитьThat looks like a one piece cue, I could be wrong. Can you tell us about it?
ОтветитьI always thought my tip was a bit big, been holding the cue back to front😅 thanks.
ОтветитьGreat tip thank you I am practically blind with no central vision so can't see where I actually contact the White when I contact the White
ОтветитьThis was sensational. Thanks Gaz.
ОтветитьExcellent for chiming the peanut shots over the rails time after time - thanking you Mr Putts
ОтветитьI really appreciate the information 😎
ОтветитьSpeak properly! Enunciate the T sound in the word ‘bottom’. Lazy English.
ОтветитьIve always played like that as in it came naturally. Thats exactly how i have become from early messups so you mold yourself to using the bridge in place. I do see some players even some pros having a claw like grip bridge hand and it infuriates me especially on these fast snooker tables or pool tables as the slightest of deviation and its off. Good video though 👍
ОтветитьGreat lesson on important fundamentals!
ОтветитьSetting the bridge height/parallel cue like that is something nobody ever taught me. I put it into practice last night and was able to make the cue ball dance around the table with top more than I ever have before. Things just got interesting, thanks!
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьWow amazing video, no one else explained this. Thank you. Hopefully now I can kick my wifes butt in pool.
ОтветитьHow to train your chest? Lol
ОтветитьI got the message about the bridge hand in the first 30 seconds, I didn't need it repeated ad infinitum for half the video.
ОтветитьOpen n close motion with the grip hand - say no more!
ОтветитьBut Rocket Ronnie doesn't 😅
ОтветитьThis is all well and good IF you have a thumb to rest upon. I don't, I use my knuckles in the same way and to great effect. Adapt, compromise and overcome
ОтветитьThis is brilliant I don’t think a lot of us realise what we have been doing wrong for years untill now . Usually just get down and play 😂
ОтветитьNice explanation! And I like the way you say “Bottom” 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThanks man love it
ОтветитьGareth reminds me of "Bald and Bankrupt" but with hair lol
ОтветитьThis video needs more views! Great lesson.
ОтветитьAfter all that about griping the back of the cue with four fingers then releasing them as you draw back and re-gripping as you move forward, he does none of that in the shot. Watch his hand carefully, nothing.
ОтветитьThank you sir, I will follow your advice
ОтветитьI like this. Now I see
ОтветитьThanks Gareth. I know my bridge is my weak area and truly appreciate your awesome tips!!!
ОтветитьBrilliant tips 🎉
ОтветитьBecoming a better pool player 'always' start with the fundamentals. The bangers start with pocketing balls.
ОтветитьNice play n discuss idol keep on tutorial of playing billards tnx more vlogs n god bless
ОтветитьCool story bro 👍
ОтветитьGareth, SUPERB video, thanks.
ОтветитьWhat a great video, awesome work Gareth. So easy to understand and really helpful
ОтветитьHi Mister Potts, you forgot explain what to do with foots
Ответить🎯💯
ОтветитьBrilliant
Ответитьawesome technique education, i don't think anyone has ever coached on this before
ОтветитьIf you cant pot balls on a pool table just give up. End of lesson.
Ответитьwhat do you think of players who put their chin on the cue? is this a good thing or not?..thanks.
ОтветитьThis have instantly improved my game. I come back from time to time to watch this, cuz when the pressure is too much I tend to forget. I have mad problems with my grip? It’s not loose enough and I don’t follow thru with my shots as I’d like
ОтветитьThank you very much Gareth.
ОтветитьNever liked the way many American players wrap their finger around the cue rather than the v bridge
ОтветитьGosh i saw this late........very helpful
ОтветитьPerhaps you can add on tutorial the loop bridge as there are certain shots where the v shape is not effective
ОтветитьI’ve found how far back or forward your you hold your cue (I’ve seen some professionals back hand right at the back of the cue, some closer to the balance point- both have the 90 degree angle) makes a big difference, which is better?
ОтветитьHey gareth let's play some one pocket I think I can beat you it's the best pool game
ОтветитьThank you so much mr Potts
ОтветитьThanks, Gareth!
Ответитьto simple. There are times you have to elevate the back of your cue. You see it in every pro match. To draw the cue ball back when on or close to the rail your have to jack up the back of your cue.
ОтветитьThanks.
