Yep… Mostly of Western Europeans soups are just tasteless sauces… Soup is a dish containing two tasks - juices and main dish. Soup mostly is a dish for whole day. Rich of vitamins, proteins and energy. The best healthy kitchen is just in Baltic States, Central Europe Ukraine and Asia… Germany in some cases, but more worst than British , French or Italian cuisines you can’t find in a world accept probably Afro…
