I drove a truck just like this for 4 years and did all of the interior detailing myself. That is probably the hardest truck to detail because the cab is so small and cramped.

What do you use to remove the grain build up? We have a new trailer account that hauls wheat and it sticks like glue. Hard to get off without consuming a lot of time.

Why would I give a thumbs up for an incomplete job?

The next time you clean a floor of a semi truck with that kind of rubber mat.... Get a scrub brush and zip tie it to a vibrating sander.
It's easier to get into the groves and it takes half the time of other methods.
At least it works for me.

This hurts my soul as fellow grain hauler because you did an amazing job and that truck is going to be just as filthy as it was in the beginning after one week of grain hauling 😂😂

What product did you use for cleaning? I saw all purpose clean only.

Probably should of just power washed the floors idk why they have these floors, the new ones have a non groves floor so never have to worry about the first getting stuck like this 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

I just came out of a 2016 Mack Pinnacle with 593k miles. Still ran like new when I was driving it. I’ve since then decided to move on from the company I was working with to start somewhere new with nicer equipment. To me it’s more about being comfortable and taking pride in your work. Greener pastures I suppose.

I will be 80 in August and I am STILL driving and loving and detailing and maintaining my 1997 Ford f250 HD diesel. As a female, sometimes I do get funny looks from people who do not understand the reason why doing cleaning and steaming detailing on these wonderful old trucks…..is so fulfilling. For me ,it is a passion…..and a joy. Bringing back something a little old, a little tired, very dirty and worn……is a pleasure.

For lined plastic floors in this truck or anything like it, why not steam the whole floor? It should make it easier to clean.

I like your video so much, but I think you should wear a mask to protect yourself from chemicals that u are using. They may cause lung cancer, please use it😊
