ОтветитьThe best part is dude is cooking steaks precisely and yet, he doesn't need a clock. She asks him, "how do you know when it's been five minutes?" And he just kinda says, "Uhhhhh" LOL like dude has an epic internal clock after having grilled a million steaks!!!

ОтветитьYou can dry age in your own fridge. Put a rib eye on a plate and flip it every 8 hours. After a few days bake it on a iron skillet with fresh garlic and butter. Your welcome.
ОтветитьPeter Lugar is overhyped and way overpriced. The staff is unfriendly and the atmosphere is unwelcoming. They're clearly trying to do damage control because of all the recent bad reviews. The steak is OK, but not for the prices they're asking. Go to Keans or anywhere else.

ОтветитьThey kind of break every commonly accepted steak rule. They pierce it with the fork, salt only one side, slice before resting, sear after slicing. Yet it's delicious.

ОтветитьIt’s almost too much of a process . The steaks are just baked essentially not grilled and the are cut before they are cooked all the way, that’s always a no no cooking steaks . But I’m sure with those cuts they are really good
