Not my cup of tea, but interesting.
Ответитьeat the rich
ОтветитьYall sure did contract out a shit load of stuff.
ОтветитьWe've been doing the same across five buildings. We are on project 4 and 5 now. Lots of time, effort and money!
ОтветитьLooks just like a schoolhouse in fort Smith Montana
ОтветитьWhy would anyone hire contractors that are not local? It's a no brainer. Why thank for that? Also we can't assume everyone contracting is of good character. After all they work for cash.
ОтветитьDepending on price, it's an awesome buy.
ОтветитьPlease tell me you plan to homeschool your kids!
Ответитьso much room!!! awesome 😊
ОтветитьMargo this is a new bath tub!! 🛁 its a new one !!!!...😅
Clever little Berry He is...!!!🤭
Beautiful Babies....!!!🤗
Beautiful New Home As well 🦋
Looking at all those contractors and how much was done I can’t help but wonder the cost.
ОтветитьCongrats as someone stuck in NY for work i am spitting nails with jealousy . Dream home /dream location . Good for you guys and goodluck with the new home!
ОтветитьHalfway thru, and so far my favorite part is the bricks!! It looks sooo good
ОтветитьI went to school in a building that looks like this. It’s haunted.
ОтветитьSo amazing and so beautiful.
ОтветитьQuite possibly the coolest thing ever! I wish I had taken a leap like this years ago.
ОтветитьThis is like really cool! I always dreamed of having a classroom and a library in my home when I am blessed to build my dream home for my children & I
ОтветитьI wouldn't flaunt my wealth on me tube these days. Pride goes before a fall.
ОтветитьI'm so happy they restored and highlighted the brick work. The brick work is beautiful. I love a good brick house/building. It's more modern, rustic, and classic.
ОтветитьCAN YOU SHOW A VIDEO WHEN EVERYTHING SET UP IN YOUR HOUSE TO SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL BEEN DONE THE HARD WORK.
ОтветитьAsbestos heaven With a side of mold😂
ОтветитьIs this the Educated House of Wicker building?
ОтветитьHope the kiddy winks dont damage their head/eyes on the corners of island worktop @3.24
ОтветитьWhat an incredible vision y'all had! Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! May you have many blessed years ahead and beautiful memories made with all your loved ones in this incredible home!
ОтветитьYou did gorgeous work on those brick walls!
ОтветитьI hope you create another video once it is furnished and decorated! This was amazing to watch!
ОтветитьWe did this with an old 1891 church in Southeastern Indiana. My husband did 90% of the work himself. It's a labor of love and madness.
ОтветитьI'm exhausted ! You are very dedicated-Great Job !
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful transformation! What always surprised me was the deliver trucks. FULLY loaded truck deliveries! It is wonderful!
ОтветитьGot to love those ceilings
ОтветитьIs this the schoolhouse between Lafayette & Otterbein ?
ОтветитьVideo was ok. Except for them putting those stupid kids on constantly.
NOBODY CLICKED THIS TO SEE THOSE KIDS! Cut it out.
I was just thinking that’s gotta be one enormous electric bill lol
ОтветитьA lot of 'fluff'...howzabout some meat 'n potatos?
What are the dimensions of the property?
What was spent to buy?
How much spent on renovation?
What does this thing cost to run?
HVAC? Plumbing? Electric? (seems to be completely missing)
Taxes?
Seems to be a 'vanity'project for a wealthy couple.
I love the kids reaction. So sweet. 😊
ОтветитьWould you call this a labor of love?….I think so.🤔😏💯
ОтветитьPlease tell me you sell your “school swag”. I love the union Joint gobblers. Lol
ОтветитьBet there is lead there
ОтветитьThis should have been a television show. I loved watching the expertise of the workers.
Ответитьdid you get the asbestos out?
ОтветитьHoly cow! Nice change, but you must have money to burn!
ОтветитьWishing you and your family a lifetime of love and happiness.
ОтветитьI have been driving past this place everyday on my way to and from work and I have really enjoyed seeing the transformation as the work progresses. God bless you for taking on this project and I hope you will have an open house for us nosy people to see how it all turned out when you are finally finished.
ОтветитьAmazing ❤
Ответитьdo you intend to have a huge house, with all that space? 🤣
Ответитьlooks like a extreme amount of work and money
ОтветитьHi there
What a job it was 🤦🏻♀️.
At the End it’s all urs 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼…..
Congratulations on all ur hard work 🎉😊.
Whereas this is incredibly cool, the heating/cooling utility bills alone would tell me not to do it. The demo and remodeling here is nowhere near cheap, and I see a cool million in labor being done here. Maybe more like $2.5 million. If I had that kind of money, I would turn this into a halfway house or something along those lines and rake in money from insurance companies trying to get people's lives back together. Or a badass spot for AirB&B or something. Or if I had a genuine business starting out and made this the HQ, perhaps. You have an increased skill knowledge, so you could indeed make an incredible amount of money rebuilding other people's projects in the area! But no way would I consider doing this just for a fancy place to live. You could put a dozen people in this building without batting an eye! If they all pay resonable rent, you could then cover all of the costs! But in reality... you would lose those kids within minutes of being in this house. Family? No. Apartment or buisness complex? NOW we're talkin'!
Ответитьugh, the music instead of narration...
