Oh I'd never have any cocktail or drink made like that... this is what happens when you learn bartending just to look cool but without any hygiene, health and safety knowledge. The amount of dust, hair, and skin cells together with all oils and sweat, which are dropping to these drinks, are unbelievable. Plus, putting the napkin like that only looks like you just wiped your hands with it and giving it tho the customers. Maybe these are cool tricks for track drivers in a drive-by, but not in any decent and legal place. Sorry... but I really couldn't stop myself from writing that. I hope you'll take some of it under consideration.

Honestly, I hate sitting at a bar with the bartender flairing because most of the time, they're arrogant jerks that can't flair. I do love the ones that can though, and aren't arrogant

Great content, but I would turn down the volume on the dubbing. It's a bit much when it transitions.

It's unfortunate that I'm from Norway and doing my bartending there... If the authorities saw us pouring like this we'd lose our license to serve alcohol pretty damn quick, lol, it's just that strict... Gotta measure every drink out.
Also, the bar I work at? There's just no time for flare -- if I were to try doing napkin-tricks the people furtherst back in the queue would only get their drink come midnight, ROFL! Cool tricks though for when you have just a few guests ordering, gonna try some of it out, thanks!

Still don't understand the whole free pour stuff... As a mixologist, I NEED measurements, otherwise the drink's off balance and that defeats the purpose of being a bartender, in my eyes... So how do you have the time to do all those swings and juggles, while I'm at the required measurement of booze in like 3 seconds...

Hello there, I know this video is a long time ago, but how do you know how much you pour while doing flair??

I'm new beginner bartender. There is a guy I work with and he is really good, I want to be better than him because I know I can. And the reason I want to become better is because he gets more attention and people wanna go to him af because he makes a show, but I'm not a quitter I will become a really good showsman as a bartender soon.

I've been studying mixology so intensely for the last 2 years, been working in bars for the last year and a half and I'm actually super proud of myself and how much I've learned as a mixologist. However, as a bartender, my flair abilities are just embarrassing haha. Everytime I try to learn, i make such a mess/so much noise hahaha.

This is great. I am a bartender but we don't learn any cool tricks as we are a higher end corporate restaurant. Obviously you have to read the customer at a place like I work but when you get one that can appriciate flare, it will earn great tips.
