2018 is almost over so let us take a flashback of this amazing year. For us it was the most exciting year both in aviation and private stuff. We've been to many different airports like Dusseldorf, Munich and Frankfurt where we had fantastic spotting days.
While 2018 was an exciting year for us, aviation suffered a lot as many airlines went bankrupt, a lot of fatal incidents occured and airlines were still struggeling to replace airberlin in Europe resulting in many delays and cancellations. But let's talk about the positive things happend in aviation. In the beginning of the year Germans flag carrier Lufthansa revealed a brand new, controversal color scheme and corporate philosophy. While many people like the new livery, we still prefer the old one... Also Boeing rolled out their first ever 777X test aircraft for performing structual tests on the ground and Airbus began and almost finished building the A380s for Japans biggest airline All Nippon Airways. All in all a year with many ups and downs. As we stay in London for a few days now we might not instantly respond to your comments. However we wish you all a happy new year!
