Hey how many cm should you consider early labour
ОтветитьReally helpful
ОтветитьI unknowingly did all this in early labor, that deep squat i did a alot and didn't know i was helping my baby out(4th) it was just relieving in that position
I ended up in the bathroom on the toilet b/c i thought i needed to poop 😅 and started pushing her on my knees in the bathroom lol
Had her at home b/c birth was mega faster then all my other births!!
Unknowingly did all this, just went with how my body was leading me to be most comfortable
subcribed ! Super informative videos. Im trying for vba2c
ОтветитьWish the camera is placed away farther to show the entire position especially when lying down.
ОтветитьIn my country they dont gice you a choice... u have to push on your back
ОтветитьI am just wondering who Nobody taught me this with my First ????? You are awesome !!
ОтветитьSuch good quality information! Thanks so much ❤
ОтветитьGreat advice! I labored fine with baby #3 with no epidural, then I was put on my back to push. That’s when the pain skyrocketed. I will be using these tips this go around with baby #4.
ОтветитьVery helpful 💕🙏🏽
ОтветитьIs there a modification that can be done to the deep squat for women who have SPD? I’m trying to get my baby to move further down so I can dilate more and hopefully go into labor but I’m so limited in my movements. I’m also worried about how limited I will be during early/active labor as well and it’s so frustrating because I don’t want to long hard labor or to end up with a C-section!
ОтветитьAs a mum of 13 nearly 14, this was a well put together, straightforward video. Well done 🎉
ОтветитьPregnant with my third baby and I've had very traumatic births first baby was on my back legs up didn't help me at all they cut my private parts to get her out and pulled her head second was emergency c section I pray to God I can have a natural water birth mu anxiety is so high the midwives in the UK are terrible and never listen are very rude hopefully I can give birth my way and feel safe thank you for your content I'm learning so much ❤
ОтветитьIt is so helpful 🩷 thank you 🙏🏻
ОтветитьI would be scared the baby would fall inside the toilet
ОтветитьYour doing such good job 👍👍👍 for me its to late 😉 had both my babys with c section. My 1st didn't come down in the canal. I was fully dialated. I had to stay kn my back with this strip/ band ? On my belly to monitor the baby. After 24 hours of labor i was exhausted. 😢 So after pushing for like a long time i gave in. It really didn't work. And they did a c section. A doula is great i think. My midwife eas not allowed in the hospital to stay with me. That gave me so much stress! It wasnt planned to labor in hospital. Nowadays doula's are more normal and i hope allowed in most hospitals. They are a cery good vocal cord especially ehen your husband is not so talkative ..
ОтветитьI wish I could labor on the toilet. 😭 My contractions hurt WAY worse when I sit on the toilet. I legit cannot handle contractions while sitting there. I have to wait till after a contraction and then hurry to pee before the next one starts. 😫 I WILL try the squatting and the side lying, tho
ОтветитьI’m so grateful for your content and voice in this space! I’ve been learning so much about the birthing process even though I don’t yet have a child and there’s not a lot of diverse voices in this space, so your channel is such a breath of fresh air, not to mention is sound and medically supported advise!!! Thank you!
Ответитьyour channel is underrated! ❤ from Birmingham.
ОтветитьWith my first pregnancy, my doc had me pushing baby out when baby was -3 (in a position where the inlet was closed). no wonder it took forever and ended up with c-section. Definitely trying these as I’m pregnant again and truly want a vbac!
ОтветитьOk
ОтветитьWide squat rock
On the toilet
Peanut ball lay or rock
me and my boyfriend just recently found out we are pregnant with our first baby and im so excited im looking up every information i can find and this has helped me out alot thankyou
ОтветитьI love how informative and straight forward you are. Your videos are so helpful
ОтветитьI absolutely love you! THANK YOU SO MUCH for blowing apart these unhealthy and unhelpful birthing myths!!!
ОтветитьI’ve learned so much watching your videos
ОтветитьHad my 20 week scan yesterday and the baby was already engaged in my pelvis. The sonographer encouraged baby out by tipping me backwards on the bed. Should I be worried that baby was already there and should she have left the baby there? Worried that baby was there for good reason and now won't go back in naturally
ОтветитьLoveeeeee the information! Thank you so much🫶🏻 Attempting VBAC, been a little anxious at my 27 weeks so I’m educating myself to release all that🙏🏼
Ответитьthis was soo helpful! thank you!
ОтветитьThank you this was so great 🫶🏽
ОтветитьCan the wide squats help if you start at 30weeks?
ОтветитьSo that’s why it feels like things are opening up. I’m side lying positing with my knees separated every night.
ОтветитьVery informative
ОтветитьYou talk so much 😅
ОтветитьI am 39 weeks + 3 days, baby is at a -2 station still I was wondering how long and how often I should do this daily until I go into labor to help encourage her to descend more!?
ОтветитьHi could you please make a video on gbs positive and related topics nor generally covered on google ! Such as water birth with gbs positive, fast labour with gbs positive, when to go into hospital etc.
ОтветитьAttempting VBAC, this was helpful
ОтветитьQuestion: about how many times a day do you recommend doing these positions? I’m currently 38 wks and 5 days and I’m 2cm dilated but my baby is not engaged according to my midwife.
Ответитьthank you <3
