What a rubbish ending fight 🤣🤣🤣

I hated this arc more than any other. The power scaling amd hacks just made nauseous. It was so childish and gimmicy.

The miracle is basically super star on steroids, i often mix up the two because they are so similar

I disagree.

If you already don't have enough time, you don't add more characters that don't have to be there. You figure out what you can cut, shrink what you can't, and leave most of the space for the essential. The vizards had to lose, really that's all they had to do, because otherwise it's business as usual for the captains. Losing in one shot accomplishes that even better than a drawn out fight, plus it saves time.

If he hadn't cut the fat, we would be complaining that it was even more rushed than it already is, and who would want that for their legacy.

Im excited to see what the anime staff will add to this last stretch of the arc

This analysis is an hour long just for the anime to do this fight in an episode

An all star brawl wouldn't work.
Cuz how they are gonna survive?
Kubo in this fight was also stating the top strongest members.
If weaker members can survive or remain in the fight like the strongest ones then it is kinda clownish.

i hope the anime really adds a couple more chapters worth of content to really help the fight seem more fluid

This is by far my favorite fight and most hyped fight it’s going to be amazing it’s literally a marvel universe version of everyone vs thanos this fight will break the internet can’t wait 🔥🔥🔥

heres my rewrite, once byakuya tells renji and rukia to leave, he turns to gerard and fights himself since toshiro and kenny are at their limit and to showcase his new obtained power from training in the royale palace, holding him off until he get absorbed by yhwach or untill byakuya is able to destroy the quincy cross. that way it will add more to the fight and we can see actually how strong byakuya is.

if that all three did a combo to destroy that Quincy cross, it wouldve been cool is hitsugya froze Gerard while his mouth was open, byakuya uses zenbonsakura down his throat and destroys the cross from the inside, and kenpachi shatters the whole body

The fight could of been better in some ways but considering he was having health problems and also they were rushing him to finish and put him on a impossible short deadline, i say the fight was still great and can't wait to see it animated. Im sure if he had time and didn't have health problems he would of made a even more badass fight.

Gerard vs BByakuya, Toshiro and Zaraki, and you will have Unohana wankboys saying she 'solos' them or 'bodies' them 'low diff'

I’m optimistic but also know there’s only so much they will do for the anime adaptation. We won’t escape kubos poor health

never understood how byakuya could move the blades faster with his hands than with his eyes...

seems like all the issues with this fight would have been solved if byakuya just died to as nodt 🤣🤣

Base gerard is pretty weak, that's where ikkaku,momo, Yumichika and maybe some vizards like lisa and hachi could have shown their ultimate power till gerard transforms and beat them. Then next to show their full power should be love,shinji, Byakuya,renji and rukia and they beat giant gerard and gerard transforms again to golden gerard and that's where zaraki and toshiro arrives to help end the battle. They should have been the one to take off Gerard's life and not Yhwach. It is clear that the Quincy's cross is the weakness of gerard yet kubo didn't even mentioned it once in the battle. He only mentioned it after the manga ended which sucks.

80% of the characters involved in this fight are just completely disregard and just trashed. The fight is just pure fan service with seemingly no direction and disappointing ending.
Not to mentioned that it has zero stakes at all nor any backstory and emotional gravity attached to it.

shinji was done dirty in the final arc but at least we get to see bankai in the anime

This has to be one of the fights kubo has to go back and rework for the anime, and given how the chapters are lining up with the next cour the 3rd cour will likely reach the end of the arc, also with their being 4 cours in total for the anime it makes me believe that these final fights and many others may be reworked and extended, like the entire 4th cour could be nothing but the final fights of the series with each spanning 2 to 3 episodes each

When Yachiru says "This power is called bankai" you can see the base form of the zanpakuto in her eyes, the scratched blade zaraki had

Kubo's cast list was so big and iconic that fans expect full potential out of every one of them. Honestly I too wanted proper backstories of these Shutzstaffel cause they are fricking OP as hell but just to get absorbed by Yhwach.

Gerard Valkyrie really needs a backstory man. He seems like a medieval warrior recruited for shutzstaffel after his death maybe cuz his eyes lacks pupils.

I’ve said this a lot, but i think soifon could’ve been great in this fight, especially cuz she barely got slmething to do. Her bankai could’ve been amazing for destroying the cross, finally landing a ‘one hit kill’ on gerard. Would’ve been awesome

I think it was rushed and I think the anime will make up for it, the anime will bring more details and new fights

Kenpachi bankai is dissapointing.
Feels like An over rated bankai.

Momo really is a tank.

Shinji is probably the most useless Shinigami in existence. The only time he seemed to win was against one armed unreleased Grimmjow and Ulquiorra ruined it as usual.

Gerard is that boring kid who used the "everything proof shield" during play fighting. Boring power = boring fight = boring character. Great idea but horribly executed. The only way this could have ended in an interesting way would be his own power turning against him due to it taking a "miracle" for him to lose.

juha bach or yah vak is still better than the pronunciation the anime gave him with juha baha. The hell kind of villain name is that bro? lmfao
