Day 1 -
I was a bit slow in some of them... Got tired after 10 minutes... Managed succesfully till 14 min but was unable to complete... Hope to complete it from tomorrow..
Felt like my inner body was literally burning and i sweated a lot.. Glad that i did it.. Its really gold for body toning..
Day 2 :
Successfully completed the workout session for today... I can say this is one of the best workout session one can do daily..

Mai 1st day nhi complete kr pai 2 nd day badi muskil se kr liya uffff 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵yaisi hogai halat abhi meri😓😓😓😓
