Northern lights can be visible for hours if there are no clouds. The activity of the sun makes them! The this day was cloudy and darkdark, the night bright! Because of the stars and the moon. Even the shadows appear! AT NIGHT! With your good luck, aurora borealis can be seen. Everything has to hit their places, like in this video.
