This song encapsulates why I became celibate. When I start dating someone it starts getting heavy, every time I tell the person I have feelings I get "I'm not looking for a relationship right now but we can still be friends and keep having sex right?" It hit me that I read everything wrong. That the person I saw a future with never even considered that as a possibility. I start feeling even more stupid for realizing he's not the only guy I've done this with. It happens with every guy that I was seeing heavily. As she says, it feels like the end of a movie I've seen before. I gave up trying to find love because deep down I know that no one will ever love me and I'm somewhat at peace with that even though it makes me cry sometimes.
