I need as much help and info I can get about Drawing and Animation , Id say Im still in the Drawing from reference stage , and I don't think Im ready for animation yet because I have no idea what kind of exercises i should do and how to be aware of details or things I should avoid doing , I tried doing a camera panning around a character as an exersise , got 2 frames then deleted it lol
Ответитьseeing pewdiepie's 100 day drawing challenge actually made me get myself into drawing by doing the same exact thing. I'm now on day 7 of drawing every day :>
ОтветитьWow Ross still looks like he did at 20
Ответитьthis makes me want to start drawing again just for fun. I used to draw all the time as a kid, and later gave it up for writing. But, maybe it'd be fun to go back just for fun...
Ответитьyou guys are so wholesom- trys to show us his sketchbook
ОтветитьI really hope Pewds watches this
ОтветитьI kinda wish instead of slashing/crossing out his stuff, that he'd simply point to parts he doesn't like with his pen and write out the mistakes instead, or obviously just don't scratch it out to begin with. Even just the act of taking notes I feel engraves the lessons in your head a bit better, let alone making it easier to go back and appreciate your progress.
To break out of the replication stage and succeed so well in under 2 months is astronomical by any means, even considering he's doing this daily. If he did it weekly instead, it would take about a year which would still be impressive.
Why are normies better at drawing then us art geeks 😢
(I’m loving his drawing skills tho! I think I can get a lot of inspiration/tips from him)
This was a great video to watch. Really enjoyed the commentary.
ОтветитьThe guy in the middle is so annoying, Mr. Know it all.
ОтветитьIt's so amazing seeing pewdiepie prosper as an artist while ai is still being viewed as a threat
ОтветитьI used to draw all the time and I always would draw from comics, graphic novels etc especially as I was learning portions and hands. But I stopped because I thought I was a fraud for essentially copying the bodies and poses and faces. So thank you guys for saying that when you are learning it's still ok to copy and take ideas from pinterest etc. I always felt horrible for copying so I stopped drawing 20 years ago and went to photography which is truly my passion and is now a business. I've been thinking of going back to drawing as a way of relaxing etc and thanks to this video I think I will now.
ОтветитьSeeing him get into art has inspired me to do so as well 🥹 I just bought a sketchbook and pencils yesterday and I’m excited for this new journey of becoming an art baby 😂❤
Ответитьanyone else think the guy on the left looks almost identical to Miles Teller?
Ответитьpewds really needs to see this, cuz he has no idea how insanely good he got at drawing, like ive been to art school for 6 years and yet i draw like a 5year old xD
ОтветитьBesides the coloring (my medium is colored pencils & crayons) I could sketch like this if I ran on 3 hours of sleep and binge watched tutorials the day before. I cannot draw otherwise. When im fully lucid i dont understand what lines mean anymore. Still proud of that peter capaldi sketch I did once as a request because I was in a special headspace where I was able to hyperfocus for a whole day. I really need to just start drawing as a hobby again.
ОтветитьWhat sucks is I never had an art teacher teach me about the circles to draw heads thing. Didn't know about it until after highschool really.
Ответитьwhen ross was going through his art book saying (cant show that, cant show that. thats just alot of boobs) i just thought how much i can relate to that hahahha
Ответитьstill do not know why PewDiePie are making drawing videos?? PewDiePie sold his artwork during his junior and highschool years. PewDiePie is a professional artist.
ОтветитьThis is so wholesome and it makes me want to get out a sketch book.
ОтветитьPewdiepie needs to see this
Ответить"This is what a seasoned artist's sketchbook looks like "
Second page he shows is censored "I was practicing drawing dicks"
YUP, SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT.
But seriously it's so impressive to see Felix's monumental improvement, I am SO HAPPY to hear he's having fun too! I know that starting when you're older can be extremely frustrating, and a lot of people don't make it past that, because it's so embarrassing and demotivating for the person to see their art not match their expectations, but if you can have fun... you'll start seeing improvements, and that brings back that motivation! Art is all about the journey and not the destination, because as you improve, you'll always see how you could improve further, it NEVER ENDS, so might as well have fun!
I truly hope he keeps us updated, I would LOVE IT if he made OCs and stuff like that, that would be lovely! (Although I also hope he keeps stuff for himself as well, It's a dangerous trap to feel like everything you draw you're going to have to show the rest of the world, that can cause problems later on, and make art not as fun. Especially once his improvement starts to slow down, I worry he might feel like he's "disappointing" people because he's not improving as rapidly..., or that he will really dislike drawings that are perfectly fine, because they're not "good enough to show", that would be a shame!)
The funny thing is that you see the comments on videos and artists are so hyped about this and are so welcoming and supportive of Felix, giving him advice and praising him, telling him to keep it up and trying to make sure he's aware he's doing GREAT.
And then AI bros are trying to spin this like "Oh yeah, Pewdiepie drawing has artists in SHAMBLES lol"
Bruh, artists are so happy what are you talking about?
I often watch alot of art videos like this one, and every single one mentions a phase where you replicate something on your screen, I have never done this and I'm still a decent artist.. Not like a professional one where I can draw accurate human poses or hands, is it still too late to enter this phase?
ОтветитьI love James mustache
ОтветитьThe ways you guys are so excited about watching the process is so energizing as a struggling creative. Watching you root for Pewdiepie is SO refreshing. It shows how art can be shared and the ways in which it can inspire and support. I loved every second of this video. Delightful from beginning to end. Thank you for this.
Ответитьif youre an artist just draw and upload
dont worry no one gonna even see your art anyway so you have nothing to lose but time
Pewds posted vids daily. So him putting that discipline into art is gonna create one hella of a monster artist 😊
ОтветитьDamn it’s been a while since I’ve seen James. He looked familiar until I remembered who he was. The mustache threw me off.
Ответить"if she were in an anime she would die"
ОтветитьLook at ross in the thumbnail bro looks devious 💀💀💀
Ответитьyou know what, i've always been liking the stippling technique when i do art class in highschool but i stopped drawing because i don't like how ass it is when i try to sketch and get frustrated by it, it really makes me want to learn from zero and actually be able to stip for whatever i could draw in the future!
ОтветитьI haven't drawn by hand for literal years. ewdiepie's video inspired me to pick up my pen again. Bought a new sketchbook and i am now on day 7. Owe him allot already, I have regained the joy of drawing
ОтветитьFelix committed the most fascinating speedrun about art
Ответитьi dropped doing art consistently a couple years ago because of depression and lack of motivation until i simply drifted from the routine of it completely. it hurts to see yourself slowly degrading in quality and being scared to pick it up again because you know you're getting worse as weeks go by.
felix's video motivated me so much more, i just picked up drawing again and then he dropped this video. i was an intermediate artist and i lost All™ muscle memory. seeing him slowly understand how art works from the inside was so inspiring, and now Ross giving out his insight, praise and passion is just so motivational.
time to be the art kid again, only this time im not a kid anymore haha
Ross. I want to see the full sketchbook Ross. I want to see it, Ross. I want to see the book, Ross.
ОтветитьAre we just forgetting that pewdie pie is a Nazi????
ОтветитьDidn’t realize I was watching 3 psychologists giving decent advice
ОтветитьThere’s another website but I keep forgetting the name but if you know what it is, please go there and please link an under this comment
I’ll just website to put references from anything on that website even downloaded references to make it easier on yourself and I’m not referring to Pinterest
It's pretty amazing to see how far he's come in just short amount of time drawing things in a sketchbook, I do like the fact that he went to the effort of labeling each page ahead of time with numbers so you can see which day he drew them.
ОтветитьMustache james?! neat
Ответитьit’s honestly so unfair how quickly pewdiepie learned to draw, it makes us all look bad
ОтветитьEE
ОтветитьThis makes me want to get a sketchbook again and go for another try to learn
Ответить
