There are British citizens that are homeless and on the streets tonight. I see this first hand every week through volunteer work. It is unjustifiable, abhorrent and frankly disgraceful that economic migrants that arrive on these boats are housed immediately and ahead of them at British tax payers expense.

Instead of helping them reach the UK, why don't they just get "escorted" back to within a mile of France ?

Give Macron 2 days to end all dingy departures. If he does not (most likely}, cut all payments to "our" French friends" and cancel ALL fishing licences. Then get the Royal Navy and Army down to the channel and Dover area. and return all boats. Arrest all French fishing boats in UK fishing waters, confiscate all catches and a hefty fine to reclaim their fishing boats.

It shouldn't take Sherlock Holmes to find out where they are supplying these Zodiacs from and strangle the supply, they are not insignificant items. They are not stopping them because there is no real will. I presume all these people are illegal immigrants into the EU/France therefore the French need to build secure detainment camps and repatriate them from there. Whichever eastern border they are crossing needs to be strengthened. The EU needs to build fortress Europe. We are not here to give unconditional succour to the world's 'huddled masses'. The price they pay for these journeys is not insignificant, they are not poor people.

A No aid self paid migration law
Ie as a migrant or refugee
You will have to work to pay your own bills instead of receiving it from tax payers as this will put more money into the economy through the tax made and money saved that would’ve been spent on housing feeding ect

This must be affecting communities in this part of France also.
The easier it is to get to the UK, the more migrants will come to NW France. So if France are accused of not doing enough, then more migrants will occupy their coastal towns.
I doubt many French families will be staying in coastal resorts like they once did.

As much as i know we need to find a solution, i don't think this one would be viable. The channel is just too busy with traffic in general for this to be practical.
