I'm part way though Money, and I'm loving it to be honest. If you want a spoonfed step-by-step instructional on how to be rich then you won't find one, ever. Rob inspires you to go for what you want and be successful with it - that's all we need to chance it.

So a wealthy guy with very very wealthy friends meets an unemployed, in debt guy with no knowledge of and no experience in real estate. Then he chooses to share the profits of his investments with this guy and his friends choose to risk their money with this guy???? Well... you sir must have the "gift of the gab" - something which is very useful indeed and often the primary tool of con men - in my experience

Thanks for sharing how you did built your empire. Work for a living, buy a property, talk to people who know people, see who is willing to help you achieve your goals, acquire more properties of different kinds and ultimately end up with several income streams. Brilliant.

Save money from Sourcing to invest in JVs, that's where was a breakthrough, can see the whole track to success and being Multi-Millionaire.

If you look on companies house, there is no evidence of any of these JV's. Talking utter nonsense

Missing the most crucial element, how you worked for free when 50k in debt.... how did you live / pay Bills? Need finer details of how you funded the purchases and what you offered. Its run ahead without providing the most crucial info

The analogy in this video is interesting. Anyone who knows anything about deli sandwiches knows that Subway make awful sandwiches. Likewise, anyone who knows anything about burgers knows that McDonalds burgers are anything but impressive. Todays preception of "quality" is often mistakenly looked on as "consistency." Subway and McDonalds are "consistent" if nothing else. But, who makes the "real money?" Simple answer: The franchisees do all the work and the franchise companies rake in the cash. It's not rocket science. Rent-to-rent is bullshit and in most instances also illegal and you own a sum total of ZERO ASSETS. You don't need the backing of millionaires to make money - they'll just syphon off the cash - unless (of course) you already have millions, in which case you'll get a completely different deal and you and "Progressive" or similar companies will build JVs to syphon off the hard earned cash of other joe-public mugs. Go it alone, build up a small portfolio, don't over-stretch yourselves and learn as much as you can beforehand - you can do that for FREE. These kind of "events" remind me of pyramid selling and they're not much different. Those at the top skimming all the cash from those at the bottom, while telling you what a great favour they're doing you... end of.
