Anthem | Unlock ANY Masterwork Gun Blueprint Bug

For people saying this is not a bug: To unlock a masterwork blueprint, you need the masterwork weapon, it says it on the challenge itself. In the video i didn't have the masterwork weapon 'fist of stral' yet i was able to get progress towards it using the epic version called 'cloudburst' this also works with rare and uncommon versions of the same gun. Feel free to try and get a masterwork blueprint without having the masterwork weapon - or doing this method and let me know if it works..

I can confirm this still works! I used the epic weapon to weaken it, and the masterwork weapon to kill it. NOTE: A LEGENDARY WEAPON DOES NOT WORK! It needs to be masterwork. I just got Endless Siege by running Scar stronghold on GM1. You do not need anyone to melee kill the legendary enemy.

All you have to do is get a hit with the weapon lol you dobt have to kill it

So shoot it with the weapon you want to unlock and finish it off with any masterwork weapon?

Can confirm this still works, however it’s working differently for me than in your video. Seems I have to get the kill with the secondary weapon within so many seconds of switching from the masterwork weapon for it to work. Also doesn’t matter what rarity your secondary weapon is

Too bad you all missed out on the elite bugs being counted as legendarys before day 1 patch I got all my challenges done within 10 hours

So it doesn't work for me does it still work? what I am doing is shoot with a masterwork the legendary enemy then finish them with an epic weapon, have it been patched? because I do have like 8 done already for the truth of tarsis or is it someone else who has to finish the kill?

Lol this is how I got to craft my Endless siege, basically I shot a legendary enemy with a masterwork gun and then finished them with my Torrent (epic version of endless siege) and then I kept doing that until I completed the challenge for the endless siege blueprint EASY

as i understand it, its not a bug.... you just need to tap targets to get kill confirms.... all my leggi blueprints i have gotten from killing legendary mobs with that specific gun... also if others get the kill. in any case good vid.. .:)

Not a bug at all...just another mechanic that was there since launch, they even spoke about it during a stream 2-3 weeks prior to the demo... just complete the challenges and you'll get access to the blueprint easy as that

I'm trying to get the siegebreaker and it won't drop and I tried this and I won't get any progress. It won't work for me can someone help? I'm on PS4 psn jv4evaking.

I did find out about this bug like a week ago because I randomly checked my achievements ... I never was fully able to discover HOW it actually works and how to 100% reproduce it. It usually was pretty random when and how I get that.

So many legendary weapons.. How did you get that many?

I can confirm this works with every epic weapon. After watching this video earlier today, i've been able to get every masterwork blue print. Thank you for your video!

I mean its not a very convenient bug but I guess thats cool

So if i got the epic devastator..i shot an enemy than finish him with a legendary weapon i get 1point for the fort of tarsis? Or do i need someone to finish the enemy off?.
