Lymphoma is a cancer of the immune system and chemo tears down your immune system (or what's left of it). Please, inform yourself on natural ways of cleansing the lymph and boosting the immune system. That will be life-saving in the future in order to avoid relapses! Best wishes for your recovery ! :-)

My husband had stage 3 Hodgkins. No symptoms except cough. He was still running and playing basketball. Thank goodness he went to MD who did the right tests immediately. He did 12 chemo treatments. Has been in remission for 12 years! Good luck to you and God bless

I love watching your videos. I relate to your content so much. But you seem so confident and strong through your journey! I really look up to that, cause I really let my diagnosis bring me down from time to time. I was diagnosed with cancer at 21 I’m now 24. Every time I get a new symptom or weird ache or pain, I always think the absolute worst and my mind goes back to thinking it’s cancer related. I think us survivors will always be overly cautious of any sign or symptoms we get.

Hey Megs, thank you for sharing. I am quietly dealing with my female issues that in face. I do not have a lot of family support but my boyfriend is supportive. I recently had my well woman exam and it seem to yield good results. It has been a couple of months an just below in my lower abdomen I noticed a very sensitive area where I am experiencing pain. I am 50 years old, I am due to do my first colonoscopy, I have my regular physical in two weeks and I do plan to mention it. Last year I had a scar with the possibility of uterine cancer stage Zero but turned out fine. That is when I started seeking out people that experience cancer diagnosis and treatment, just in case that would be me. That is how I discovered you. I am once again in fear, I had fibroid surgery in 2015 for a massive tumor that was not cancerous and now it seems in that same area where I saw that massive bump that turned out to be a tumor I am experiencing a bump and pain. Could you talk about alternative support groups, steps to help one not panic and ways to not alarm my boyfriend.

It’s understandable to be a little paranoid after what you’ve gone through. One funny thing that makes me a little nervous that happens say once a month is the left side of my head falls asleep where I’ve had my brain surgeries. It only lasts a minute or 2 but it feels weird. A funny thing is I’ll tap that side to make the numbness go away and my boss laughs because he can hear the metal plate they added when I tap it.

Dear gentle warrior, great video. You have touched a topic that everyone dealing with cancer has to come to grips with. The fear that the monster will come back will unfortunately always be with us. The key is how we deal with that fear. To turn it into a positive. Be stronger than the scan. I will be testing that theory soon, both for the prostate cancer that went remission 11 months ago, and for Wilson, my brain tumor that, depending on the next MRI, will have to be removed.
P.S. we also got a ton of snow and cold weather here in Michigan.
