came on this video not what i was hoping to see but it is great thank you so much
ОтветитьOut of curiosity, how do you consistently get that perfect taper at the end of your lines? I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to work like in FireAlpaca or Medibang
Ответитьhey there! if you're around i could use some help. i have the "size" box in brush settings ticked, i'm using basic 1 brush, and my ends still won't taper. sometimes in the stroke preview it even shows it as tapered, but when i stroke on the scratch pad it's just a regular thick stroke. any advice?
ОтветитьHow do you get a thin brush on PC unless it isn't possible, I'm pretty sure that's the main problem.
ОтветитьNo matter what settings I change, it never shows up the way yours does, I am trying to do the lines where it starts off thin but gets bigger at the center, but thin at the end.
ОтветитьWhat tablet do you use with Krita?
ОтветитьI’m not sure what to do I followed all this and I still have round edges
ОтветитьIt worked for me but suddenly my scratchpad disappeared, where can i find it again? Also, Thank you
ОтветитьHi, i am using krita in laptop(no touch /pen) and i tried almost everything that i saw in your video and in comments section but still my brush edges doesn't change at all! i also checked size, it is still same. can you help me? I just started using it so i don't know much about it.
ОтветитьIs this photoshop CS6? I have CS4
ОтветитьNo matter what settings I change, I can never get those tapers. Yesterday, one of my brushes had a taper and then today it was gone! And no matter what i change, it doesnt go back.
ОтветитьI dont really understand still :P I have krita on my computer and I can't get any sharp edges (I have touch screen so I usually use my finger as a pen) also I got a pen for my computer but i put the tip to my computer and it wont work except the bottom(cause it has a eraser thing idk why but that's the only part that works, it's like rubber)
ОтветитьI am brand new to Krita and you didn't say how you got that brush editing screen to appear. Brush edit is not under the edit menu. Brush edit or brush details is not in the dockers menu. If you right click on a brush in the brush presets docker you only get options to add or remove a tag. So how you edit the brushes is not obvious at all. If anybody else in brand new to Krita there is an icon in the toolbar that lets you edit the current brush so you can follow this video. But that screen is still not the same as the screen you were working on which lists all the preset brushes
ОтветитьGuys the closest your gonna get if your things doesn’t have pressure sensitive is by checking the fade box
ОтветитьHey PLEASE see this comment, I have a computer that turns into a tablet and that’s what I use to draw but all the brush changes aren’t doing anything! I already tried the setting thing and restarted Krita but it doesn’t work, is it because it’s a touch screen computer?
ОтветитьHello, nice tutorial! My problem was, i do have the pressure sensitivity in krita, but i cant get the sharp edges when you start pressing the tablet and when you release the stylus from the tablet ( idk how to call it )hence, its really hard to draw on eyelashes cuz the tip might look blunt and not as sharp.. D: any tips ? ._.
ОтветитьThank you so much, this helped out a lot!!
ОтветитьSigh, didn't work for me unfortunately. Everything stayed the same no matter what boxes I checked -_- I'm wondering if it's my tablet or stylus or something??? Honestly it's a cheaper, handed down tablet that was given to me by a close friend of mine, so I'm wondering if it just doesn't have that pressure sensitivity or something??? It's weird because in the preview (what the brush stroke looks like when you're customizing it etc) it changes, but my actual brush stroke itself does not. I'm not sure why, so if you could be so kind as to help me out that would be great, thanks ^^; I also noticed in one of your comments that it could be a Windows setting, and if you could tell me what the settings are that I need to change that would also be great :D
Edit: AHHH, I FIGURED IT OUT. I was reading more of your comments. I didn't have the driver installed!! It made a whole WORLD OF DIFFERENCE
Great video thank you for covering this but just a question though:when i save the brush and go under the preset brushes box again, the brush that i edited is nowhere to be found. How do i reupload the brush after i edit it?
ОтветитьWow, made by FAN ART brush, that's cool
but I want to make use of a mouse brush how
it doesnt work for me it stays the same and im getting annoyed
Ответитьit doesnt work for me
ОтветитьJust wondering, howd you get that reference image in krita in the first place, I always have to use my phone to search up reference images, but it would b a lot easier to have them in the program
Ответитьkrita wont change the pens into anything else it all just stays the same
ОтветитьThis would help me but krita wont open ;(
ОтветитьWacom?
Ответитьawesome
