This video is amazing I watched the whole video without skipping any parts and you kept your shirt clean from what I could tell😄
ОтветитьAwesome video! Are developers making homes this ugly on purpose? Are they really saving that much money? Every house seems like it could be featured in a horror movie
ОтветитьCan you travel to Algeria to a plot of land of a poor person there to build a very small house and enter history from its widest doors?
ОтветитьBro that's an excavator, not a backhoe
ОтветитьWhy was there chipping of the strip footings in order to run pipe? Those should have been sleeved in before pouring the footings
ОтветитьTy you messing up the carpet

ОтветитьHow sweaty did those socks get 😅😮
ОтветитьWho chewed on that orange wire? And GFI's do not monitor circuits for surges, they monitor the current on the hot and neutral and make sure they are equal, proving there is no current going anywhere else, like a body. (4mA)
ОтветитьThe video is good and you try to explain every thing as much as possible. But I have one question. Which one is better between constructing home using wood and using reinforced concrete in terms of quality, durability, cost and climate change?
ОтветитьExcellent video, this would have taken a lot of time!
ОтветитьYour videos are great. Thanks for making them!
ОтветитьInteresting but what a waste of space under the driveway. I wonder why after all the digging they didn’t make it a finished space under the drive way. With a few structural columns they could have gotten so much space the owner will probably never be able to add later. It’s much more expensive to do later.
ОтветитьThis is so helpful!
ОтветитьThank you so much for an elaborate video showing house construction in the US. In India its entirely different and much more structurally solid construction with bricks and concrete walls and roof. 🙏
ОтветитьGreat video Tutorial and walkthrough. Are you hiring or do you know of any construction company that might be hiring. I am currently going back to school to learn General Contruction and will receive my certification in the coming year. BTW I am overseas and not from the USA.
ОтветитьSo life risking 😂. This guy wouldn’t last on the site.
ОтветитьThese are not houses; these are wooden shacks that should have been banned a century ago! Real houses are solid!
ОтветитьI never thought american house are this well thought out and standarized. No wonder they are so boring when compared to other country.
ОтветитьAwesome video. Thanks Ty.
Ответитьi laik u imintrastad
ОтветитьYou did not show us the most important thing. A heated driveway.
ОтветитьI love how thorough you are with this instructional video, thank you. Now in days, it is code for new constructions to have Arc Fault breakers in the breaker box for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms.
ОтветитьHow long did this process take?
ОтветитьThe white oakleys lol
ОтветитьALGO pump
ОтветитьHow an American shitty wood house* is built
ОтветитьOmg that remote compaction machine suck. Use a big vibrating tamper. They compact a lot better. Based on my experience as a former soils field technician
ОтветитьI would suggest buyers go to the home site as often as they can - of course do not interfere with the workers or get in their way. Do this at your own risk! We came after hours, and took tons of pictures. The builder told us we were not allowed on site, but we did it anyway. The builder started to put a skylight in the wrong place (not just wrong room, but wrong floor), so we were able to tell them and get it moved before it became a massive problem. Now almost 30 years later, these photos have been extremely valuable locating wiring, plumbing, framing, etc. behind drywall for many reasons. Thank you for a valuable video!
Ответитьthank you for this great guide
ОтветитьDefinitely not a DR Horton build
ОтветитьA 2x4 is 1 1/2 x 3 1/2
ОтветитьImagine showing up to a job site in a suit and tie. What a douchenozzle.
ОтветитьThis dude got jokes lol especially about the need to dust off because we’re getting close to the action
Ответитьdamn..respect on the amount of work done to complete this video.. a like, subscribe and comment just doesnt seem like enough. i feel like I should be sending you a check
ОтветитьTy
The sheathing on my house had gaps I complained and the builder just taped over the outside sheathing. They were not tongue and groove
Do you think my house will blow away easily in a bad hurricane?
And also the egress window was cut out after the concrete was cured Will my basement crack
You are awesome lot of useful information 👌👍
ОтветитьBruh, you freakin rock🫡🤙🏼!
ОтветитьInstructions unclear: I'm now staring at a massive crater in the ground with a pile of rubble next to it.
ОтветитьU are awesome
ОтветитьWow, that was amazing! This was a tremendous help to me for the Property Manager program I’m doing. Liked and subbed :)
ОтветитьAmazing Job... Thankssssss
ОтветитьIt's time to shave the head.
ОтветитьThis is the most detailed video ever, its like a tutorial even
ОтветитьStep 1: get wood
Step 2: house
In America houses are just fancy wood shacks... they're not built to last 200 years
You’re amazing! Very informative. Thank you.
