I can relate from what you're saying about the early bird thing. Since the day i started waking up early in the morning, i can get the most out of my day. It makes me happy and energetic but after i came back from my home to my dormitory in the university my sleeping schedule got bad, i started sleeping so late and now it stresses me out 😮‍💨😔
Anyway, i woke up early today i hope i will be able to maintain this waking up schedule 😃
