TUTMovies Films Logo (CBS Films Parody)

A logo that I may or may not use in Poorly Animated Shorties Episode 4.

This one's a parody of the 2010 CBS Films logo and I've managed to finish it today, however, the project was actually older than you think. I started working on it at around October 2015 but because of the camera animation all wonky and jarring, I decided to scrap the project entirely.

However, while looking at the auto-save files from Blender, I found out that the TUTMovies Films blend file was still there with the camera animation and all. I decided to remove the animation and start fresh from the beginning. The filmstirp 'O' has its own rotation animation while the camera zooms out. Why didn't I thought of this? It was a brilliant idea.

Another interesting aspect about this is the magical fairydust because actually, they weren't supposed to be fairydust. In fact, I was actually trying to replicate the light trails in the original logo. However, due to the sphere spazzing out on the Beizer Circle, I had to think of something else and so, that's how the fairydust idea came around.

Add some compositing, fancy texts and other stuff and the rest is history (not really, it was started in last year for goodness sake.). Honestly, even though it was hard, the final results looks quite nice.
