Great video! I don't have a degree but hopefully I can land a data job.I have been studying Data Analytics on Coursera.I studied tools like SQL, Tableau and Python . My excell knowledge is basic.I practiced SQL for some time on leetcode, hackerrank etc.I can do joins, unions, aggregation, cte's, some window functions etc.I don' have any programming knowledge or experience and I do find Python to be pretty difficult.Right now I am learning Pandas and Numpys . I would like to get a job where I am going to have to write a lot of SQL and get really good at SQL . By the way I see job postings like SQL developer . Is that the same as Database developer ? Should I aim to become a Data Analyst as a first job in the field?

An excellent video. Nice to hear a respected professional talk about the virtues of learning VBA in Access. It's a great starting point and gives a great understanding of how to build a full application from the ground up.
I figure if you can do it in Access, there must be an equivalent in whatever platform you're being asked to use now. And there usually is.
