Thank you Lindsay Bushman! I've been doing this routine for years now. I have palindromic rheumatism so I find that many exercises that I used to love (lifting weights, running and even swimming) can cause me to have pain on the following days but not this workout :-) , so I highly recommend it for people suffering from PR or rheumatoid arthritis. Although I only weigh 70 kg, I've also destroyed about three creaky-spring mini-trampolines, so I also recommend paying extra for a big elasticated one instead (like the Domyos Fittrampo900). This is fun workout and obviously gets easier the more you do it. I've watched it so many times that now I just turn the sound down and stick on some loud bouncy house music - just follow the visual cues. Enjoy!

I only last 20 minutes out of 30 as a beginner 😢I was gonna faint so I stopped there. But I liked this 😊 I am gonna work these exercises everyday. Thank you so much. Wonderful energy!

Not in the best of shape, but I remember doing this and only getting half way through the workout with intense lung pain.. I just got through the entire workout, pushing myself to my limit and still finished strong .. really proud of myself wow

I love this, thank you so much! Easy to do at home with 2 kids, hardest part was convincing my toddler to let me use his trampoline, and letting me wear my shoes on it! Love your instructional style, super encouraging, made me work hard - I'm now going to go check out your other videos! :)

I managed to do the full workout but with multiples stop because in the first part my calves were killing me 🤣😂 but I pushed through and I'm proud of that 😁😁 Super workout 👍🏽👍🏽

Most I've sweat in any other rebound workout haha. Round of jumping up onto the trampoline was the hardest for me! But worth it. Took some small breaks while my toddlers wanted to jump but worked even harder after! Thanks
