Yet two scientologists, get to file a rape case years after the incidentand claim they were forced not to file a rape police report yet even the organization says they have no policy restrictions to prevent them. If you dont file a police report, fail to take the drug, rape tests then you have no right to file years later. People have ulterior motives, such as organized hate groups or jilted women!

People’s character doesnt change. Masterson’s friends and exwife has said he’s a fine person. If you dont report a rape, submit to a drug test and a rape test, you have no right to file rape charges years later.

A church that encourages one to break the law, isn't a church, it's a RICO case waiting to happen. It's ILLEGAL to NOT REPORT a crime, ... PERIOD!

Many don't know this & I hate admitting this, but facts are facts so.... Hubbard was friends w/Jack Parsons. Aleister Crowley told Parsons that Hubbard was not the man Jack was hoping him to be. Crowley warned him saying that Hubbard would end up stealing and stabbing Parsons in his back. Well, he stole Jacks yacht, $1,000,000 & took off w/his 1st wife. Jacks 2nd wife Marjorie Cameron Kimmel would catch Hubbard going through their trash, looking for Jacks thrown out writings. Yep, some of the stuff in Scientology is some of Parsons theories that he got wrong & therefore ended up in their trash. Camerons grandson is my ex so I know quite a bit about Hubbard. She couldn't stand him & saw him as a malevolent force. I've also heard from a lot of people that Hubbard started Scientology as a bet. I can't say if that one is true, but knowing what I know it does sound like something he would do.

I don't understand how Scientology can still be open. I know it's considered a, "religion" and they sign a contract, but there's got to be something authorities can do to shut them down. Unless of course they're paying off the, "right" people. Holding people hostage, which is what they do if they try to leave is completely unacceptable! Even his parents had to escape in fear of their lives! It was bad enough and a joke when Hubbard ran it. David Miscavige took it to a whole other level!

What exactly was the evidence Danny Masterson is guilty? Apart from some women making claims 20 years after the supposed fact. Now, he may very well be guilty, but to think that I could be thrown in prison for 30 to life because someone accuses me of something I didn't do 20 years ago is scary. Witness testimony without actual proof is just hearsay.
