I just adopted a new cat. My sister found him and I assumed she knew I wanted a senior. I am a senior so three days in with him zooming around and asked how old.. gonna be three in August. Yikes. My last cat was old n couldn’t jump so my outside kennel was perfect for her she loved going outside thru her kitty door. He most likely can jump it and we have too many feral cats so trying to figure out how to remodel it. I thought maybe those thick sheets of plastic. It is the playpen wire for dogs. Since in apt can’t build a catio. He has never been an outside cat. So I am going to turn this place into a huge play room. Cat tower arrives on Wednesday. Then just getting ideas. Found this free heavy wood old entertainment was gonna drill holes to move from shelf to shelf but they wouldn’t deliver. I really wanted that maybe bribe would work. Thanks for all the ideas. Anyone know what I can dot to the fencing to keep him from jumping over.❤

Genious, I love how cat people are sooo intelligent and creative, dexterous, you are best ! And having a heart for these sweethearts, feeling what they need, so many babies in a small apartment, instead of excuses - LOVE, love can solve so much problems. And best of all, your working cabinet is in their playground salon. Just what they want MOST, your company ; cats, above all, desire their human's ( guardian / parent / sibling / friend's ) company.

My current cats don't attempt to pee/poo in the tub but I've cats that would. The water in the tub trick is brilliant! Love this whole video!

You could protect the hole in the lid of the fish tank with a metal mesh, so the cats don't reach inside. And put a handle on top to lift it up.

So the studs are 16 inches apart. I had to return the cat hammock since it’s width is less than 16 inches which means there will be holes on the wall and it’s not properly supported.
