Our modern world (which is wonderful in a lot of ways) is too exhausting for us to be cleaning all the time. If we didn’t have cars, anywhere to go and genuinely lived like the early 1900’s, it would be easier to keep the house clean. We’d have way less stuff because we wouldn’t have the option and we’d have no where to go 😅

I just started following because I'm also a mom of two, and it's so nice following a channel that is just real, I love it! You mentioned you work closing shift, do you mind me asking what type of job you work in? My husband works the big job, but I'm trying to find something that works around his schedule to help him out, and I'm at a loss!

For real. My sister just bought a house and when I went to see it, she was immediately like "I'm so sorry it's a mess in here" bc there were blankets on the floor (her 1.5 yo likes to pull them down) and she had some stuff on her kitchen island and there were like 5 dishes in the sink. I was like dude...u have seen my house, u know it's way worse than this! And she honestly didn't think mine was worse. I think most people are harder on themselves than on other people 😂

Keeping kids alive is so much harder than people without them realize. They have no sense of danger and will eat, chew, jump onto, or hit things they aren’t supposed to constantly. Look away for less than 5 minutes and they get into the diaper powder, your purse, and then paint the wall with makeup all in the span of that 5 minutes.
Heaven forbid we need to pee 😂😭

My golden retriever will always ask for food, no matter what we do, and it will always lay on my lap, my other 5 dogs do the same always do the same and I can never get up 😭😭😭
