Z-PALETTE REVIEW - I LOVE THESE!

I love my Z Palettes! They hold up well and I like the plastic window so I can easily find what I'm looking for.

The z-palette website said that depotted MAC shadows needed magnets attached to the bottom. Did you find that to be the case with yours?

Have you tried the Stars Makeup Haven free style pallettes I like them better than the Z pallet because when I got the Z pallet for travel when it came to unpacking 8 of my eyeshadows were smashed and that was with the new magnet, plus the plastic window had come off much prefure the Stars makeup haven pallettes

I had a drop/shatter incident with one of my Z Palates so I think you had a lucky escape, Wayne! Following on from that - I've found that if you get any powder drift, they're quite tricky to clean out. You can't get them too wet as they're card/board/paper based. As always, it was great to hear your thoughts.

I found a girl who makes handmade freedom palettes and sells them on Etsy. They are really nice and affordable and come in funky designs! You can find them if you just search for freedom palette on Etsy.

when i started out and was skint, i used old tins from pencil crayons!!And spray them with plastic cote or fablon and they looked amazing and cost nothing!!but i love these (and so much more attractive than...fablon!!Lol

You should try out UNIpalettes! Really ergonomic and looks like an Apple product. I love it for everyday travel purposes considering i'm a minimalist when it comes to carrying around makeup :D
