Good idea...except for shorts and sweaters , I hang all my clothes. Maybe less hanging will be easier to see whats there and I'll make better use of unworn clothes..thank you.

I once fold a shirt into a perfect square. But since then I can't do it again. The folded part was so clean and have no crease I couldn't believe my eyes I just did that. Turns out I accidentally fold similar to Konmari folding techniques

Error with the thin sweater, the text says to fold the half in thirds but she folds the half in half 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have been doing this since the age of 4. No one at home taught me this and I love arranging my clothes. I wish I knew that I could earn money like Marie and I would have definitely been rich and famous by now. 😂😮

I fold the t-shirts a little bit differently, so I can see which one I’m grabbing, due to what is on the back, but have the same result. You can fit more in a drawer than folding the traditional way.

Well, to learn how to fold your clothes, you can either watch this relaxing video or join the Marines (the Marines use the same method). The choice is yours.

But the clothes get wrinkled if they are not all uniformed in sizes and the storage space matters too.

Problem.. all my clothes are different sizes so even if I fold as shown.. they are not consistent sized for the space

It is faster just to hang things up and then they don't get wrinkled.

Horrble way of packing T-shirts, short/long sleeves and thin sweater, jeans also.

One point to note….Clothes do have wrinkles in some spots when you are ready to wear them…Some more than others, and for leggins and such it doesn’t much matter, but tops/pants sometimes it does.

If you have the space to hang clothes, why not, they’ll have less wrinkles and material gets to breath.

I’ve been rectangular folding my clothes for years and when traveling folded and rolled, so all clothes fit in carry-on luggage, but I never thought to store clothes the same way in a drawer at home, because, I did have to iron some things once I got to my travel destination.

Love her idea to be thankful for clothes/linens as you fold…I always grumble through this task…But wouldn’t hurt me to be mindful of the blessing …Like…Spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.

It says at the beginning that the goal is to make them stand up on their own but she holds them up at the end each time. So when they are in your drawer, don't they fall over?
