Max Payne 3 - Still The Best Third-Person Shooter - PC Gameplay

I absolutely loved this game on PS3, but the PC port is lacking. The unchangeable mouse acceleration ruins the aiming, which sucks because this game is all about precision.

Now imagine this level of mechanics in gta6. In a game there's free roam would be perfect

I just played this through last in nov 2023 and it still holds up so well, genuinly dont think any other 3rd person shooters can come close to this game

Doging and everything would be cool for gta6 but no slow mo the game should be realistic or perhaps the more you increase your athleticism you unlock more movement options

Rockstar have always been good at making quality games with lots of detail and fun mechanics

I remember talking about this when it came out and showing my friends and literally nobody was interested. Made me think i just had bad taste or something. Glad to know others loved it as much as i did.

Uncharted better multiplayer gun mechanics but it reminds of mechanics from true crime New York City on GameCube

funny that gta 5 controls and combat are soo bad compare to this. sould have kept this.

it has great controls and graphics, but bad pacing, too many cutcenes every friggin 5 min, flashing epileptic effects and boring story.

Easily one of, if not the best TPS of all-time. I hope that the Max Payne 1 remake will have this kind of gameplay (since Remedy will handle it). Please be this good.

Cool game when it let's you play but it's just got way too many cutscenes for my liking. Greatest third person shooter? Not even remotely. That title imo goes to resident evil 4.
