Thank you Val for sharing this with us. As black women we do tend to carry everything on our shoulders. As family this need to be shared with the entire family because we as family do not do therapy because of the stigma our family has on certain things and we do as women and family tend to keep a lot of this bottled up inside of us that we tend to explode.
