good guide but few things i notice after playing him :
- cdr boots are better cuz all your dmg comes from q
- rapid fire canon is probably core 3rd item since his q is like an aa so its scales with range buffs and the power to cast theese nukes in mid game from far away is just too good
- with the same idea lethal tempo against tanky teams could be nice but not sure about that

As a jinx main I felt like he is a great matchup for jinx as jinx gets to scale for free too and outrange him lategame. But I guess it is just depending on teamcomp and execution
