The hilarious part is that this songs practically spoils the ending of Conquest (do I have to say spoiler warning?):

The "empty white throne" line, in particular refers to the penultimate chapter "the Empty King", which refers to Garon, and the white throne is the throne of Hoshido, the white country. The "empty white throne" is therefore referring to Garon sitting on the throne of Hoshido.
The "legacy of lies" and "familiar disguise" lines once again refer to Garon: since Garon's legacy is in fact a lie (it's not Garon) and the familiar disguise is in fact the guise of Garon assumed by whatever this thing is.
The "song of conquest and fate" is Azura referring to the path's title, and fate suggests the dark tone of the path, complete with Corrin's powerlessness throughout the path as his reformatory goals have utterly failed.
"The black pillar" here refers to Corrin, who literally cracks under the weight of the deaths he is directly causing.
Night breaks through the day is once again referring to Nohr's conquest of Hoshido, destroying the white country and leaving the black country to rule over all.
I'm sure the Hoshido song has similar undertones that spoil the path.
