Hey west you could actually try to make a researches on small groups of your subs to make (somewhat) scientifically proved statements. Like ask 1st group of ppl to only do 1 exercise or set of exercises for like week and nothing else and 2nd group to not do anything and 3rd group to go over their default routine then compare their benchmark difference before and after or smth like that and make a video on it. I mean you have 15k of subscribers so i think you can probably find 20-30 ppl to help you with that.

I'd say this is a particularly big deal in Siege. Not being fast in identifying what you're looking at will probably result in receiving an OHK shot or a slightly slower death via bodyshots, without any particular effort from your opponent.

You're constantly managing obstructions in your ADS vision and zooming in, and with normal eyesight it can be hard to make out one or more players in distant cover in a picture without zoom sights. (At least I often shoot without looking properly when I have to switch targets. I guess where I'm supposed to shoot and react before I actually look properly) But if you're zoomed in you might not notice something you've not directly looked at fast enough, too.
I'd guess this is why many people opt for lower HFOVs. I heard pros doing entry frag and general gunner stuff tend to use lower HFOV aspect ratios.

Also I bet being able to recognize things fast consistently helps your alertness and reflexes

I brought a heatable eye compress just for this. Eye strains are not a joke. Continuous eye damage will lead to more involuntary blinking, more involuntary blinking causes you unable to hold an angle for an extended period of time (learned this the hard way---back then I could hold an angle for 20-30 seconds with minimal blinking, now I must reset my eyes every 10 seconds or some shit). There's literally not point in aim training when your eyes are poo-poo because your eye will keep flickering if they're dried. Great advice as usual. (stop giving out all the secrets I know already D:< !!!)

Do u have any advice for me, I have this issue where I can’t really play for long as my fingers get tired holding them mouse all the time, I’ve tried most grips fingertipping is the worst but even just palming and letting my fingers stay straight they start to get tired and feel uncomfortable. I tried compression gloves but even they did t help as they caused discomfort

does increasing sens increase stopping power because you use less energy to more so less energy to stop

im bad at valorant but arent games supposed to be fun like : aim / flicking / tracking are IRL skills it takes a lot of time and i tried those aim train routines aimlab / valorant deathmatch etcc + bots and i havent improved at all i always feel like my aim is on target but when i fire my gun it just doesnt get me the kill even if im on the head are my eyes simply bad or im doing something wrong??? ( i do like 10 mins of practice in shooting stand + 3 deathmatch everyday ) and im rlly tired of doing that and not improving my aim i think ima stop all and just play in iron at least ppl are like me there and funny

Never thought of this! But it makes a lot of sense. Its the equivalent of keeping your head still and tracking moving cars. Instead of rotating your entire head.
Good find!

Had a question , if I use .7 800 dpi on val, would you consider that too high? Keep switching between .51 and .7 but can’t seem to improve my aim whichever sens I play on seems to not work regardless of how much I train it

Is aim training on a higher sens something that I should do. I currently spend like 15 min at around 2x my ingame sens, then go down to my actual sens for 15 min before playing while warming up/aim training. So to rephrase, I am wondering if I should change my sensitivity to higher and lower while aim training/warming up or during both/neither. If you have a vid for it, I have not seen it yet.

straight up practicing your eye sight by focusing on something far away and then focus on something close will give you better vision. And I’m also curious about what you think of osu as an eye trainer, me personally it feels like my visual reaction time improved as well as my peripheral vision.

I also recommend everyone to get a bunch of reading glasses with small slightly different amount of magnification. They force your eyes to focus on a different distance, so if you stare at your screen for 8 hours, you can at least give your eye-muscles different disctances from time to time, it will also reduce eye straing by alot.

Also, do you think it could be a good idea to zoom in on the schulte table website so that it covers more of your screen?
