Why did you use static methods and you created an object in Main Class?

been watching many of these, honestly? wayyy better than a 2 hour lecture

This format allows me to watch, follow along, and do my own little experiments & tests. This kind of learning really piques my curiosity. I'm not sure how the current education system could implement this but the current method of "2 hour powerpoints with 15 min interactions" do not work at all.

why do we need "static " "void"

Why Alex did not use this under constructor? What I know it had to be for example like this. this.color=newColor and etc. why he did not use this keyword ?

You don't need to construct/instantiate a Shirt object since you're making everything static. Static means it belongs to the class, not the object created when instantiating an object from the class. For example, remove the Shirt constructor on line 5 of Main and type Shirt.putOn(); instead. You'll still have access to that method because it's static. No constructor needed. It belongs to the class.

As a default constructor you can set values to your characteristics and not just leave it empty. It's good if you want to avoid some bugs when calling methods on an object that has no values.
