How to Set & Manage INPUT & OUTPUT Devices on Windows 10

And can you create a virtual device [like on mac] for example if I have 2 inputs on one device connected, 2 inputs on another, 2 outputs on a pc and 2 outputs on another device

Can I “glue” them together so everything works at once ?

It's fucking incredible NO ONE ON THE WHOLE FUCKING INTERNET HAS EVER SET A GOSH DARN 3.5MM JACK OUTPUT TO WORK AS AN INPUT.

I hope you can help. I only have two options on input sound quality; CD and DVD. I have a Blue Yeti. I used to have a ton of choices and would choose Studio. I don't know what's happened. I have reinstalled all drivers and tried multiple USB ports. Any ideas?

So i need some help I just bought a 30 dollar onn usb gaming headset and it`s a line in type of thing so i plug it in the jack and it has spliter cables,for the mic and headphones,i plug them in and the heasset is working great the headphone part but the microphone isn`t working at all,and when i try to hit in line input as default windows 10 won`t let me. Not only that but windows says No input devices found but i do have line in plugged in my pc! Please help!

This is not true. It works only if you have a device driver installed. After them you can set the properties.
If you don´t have a driver , you don´t have device setting option.
