I wish that rediculous ficticious storyline of Potipher's wife wasn't part of this series. She wasn't a big part of the original story in the Bible and certainly not the main message God wanted portrayed in the Bible. The focus should be more on Joseph being a savior for the children of Israel, as a type for the future Savior of the world. This Savior is Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

This movie is not according to the Bible, Joseph did not have a daughter but two sons, one was called Manasses the Elder and the other Ephraim. In the Bible they never call Joseph a prophet, he was just the son of Jacob, from his beloved wife Rachel.
