The highest road passing on earth is not in India not in Pakistan, But in central Tibet, Which has a claimed altitude of 5550m.
Any people using automobile is very easy to get High Altitude Sickness over 3000m. Cause the time rate of climbing is too fast that no body can easily adapt

i loved watching this. i hope you guys can make a special video about crossing the border and driving through china. i think thats the most interesting part of this video, i cant imagine all the problems you had to go trough. i know they dont accept a lot of international documents, were you allowed to drive in china or did you hire local drivers. this part is a real dark spot we would love to know more about.
