This is a very expensive 🎪 tent! The screws with no gasket washers into plastic roofing/skylight, yeah, it will work fine until it thermally cycles à few times , or it rains, it may not visibly leak. however the wood will get wet. When the leak shows, the wood will be rotted. I was hoping to see modern alternative low cost construction. This is expensive tent building, this is not much different than putting up a canvas tent. With fiberglass panels sewn in on both sides. And setting it up, and spraying with epoxy resin . With tubular shapes sewn in it will become a ridgid structure, and the supports removed after it is anchored down. And seems it would be cheaper, and with the gel coat exterior finish it would be weather resistant for some time! Basically it would be fiberglass studs, and wall boards being made after being installed . The epoxy could be poured inside the layers at the top, and rolled from the top. To push all the air out. Infusing the material with resin. A vacuum infusion would basically be impossible.. a 1/4" thick fiberglass matt between a woven 1/16" fiberglass cloth, sewn to a canvas cloth with a heavy possibly nylon thread used in leather work or something , a very durable thread . With the weight bearing areas possibly having thicker matting and thicker weave cloth, possibly a 1/4" of layered woven cloth, and a 5/8" - 3/4" of fiberglass matt. Stitched together, length wise. Using the sewn area to produce the bends forming a 2x4, 4x4, 2x6, 4x6 or similar shape. It could possibly use a large plastic covering and blow up a plastic tint inside using a high volume blower/vacuum, like used on pumper trucks, to pull a low pressure, to simulate a 25k feet altitude, say 10 psi atmospheric pressure under the 14.5+/- at sea level. To do a possible vacuum infusion, the tent inside being pressurized could possibly add to the possibility , along with thin slow setting epoxy resin. Allowing it to also be rolled in , at the very least it can be built in a factory, and assembled in pieces on site. Glued together with epoxy resin, maybe use something like kool-seal® to cost the roof area. And paint the exterior walls with a traditional color automotive style paint, applying a wax yearly. Or use the gel coat in common colors, a single stage flat or semi gloss enamel paint can last 30+ years if waxed twice a year, and best of all, polyurethane foam insulation can be used inside the walls, during construction, setting up the foam insulation to seal in pockets of air, basically building foam blocks of air is the best insulation two 1/2" foam boards. With a 2" x 2" strip around the edges. Glued together with spray foam. So the air is sealed in. Is going to be 10x better than the two 1/2" foam boards alone. Sorry to ramble, just an idea!! ✌️

В общем, любой дом поставить , даже такой это куча работы и куча материалов, так что лучше такими временными конструкциями не увлекаться и сразу ставить нормальный
