I feel that fov shit with the player model, so many tf2 videos people just have the fucking arms breaking and it looks horrible.

All for visibility in a casual game, if you care about visibility that much turn off the model or download an animation pack made for higher fov's.

then you look up what your FOV should be and some old head says 90 degrees literally just because that's what half-life 2 and quake were.

As a pc gamer who prefers mouse and keyboard, controller is objectively more comfortable than keyboard.

This was definitely something i noticed when first started gaming on PC was how unreasonably OBSESSED pc players are with FOV, in every game even in games that don't need a change or where the fov is kind of irrelevant. People like that are weird to go out of their way to literally break the game and ruin their gaming experience just cuz for some reason they think bigger fov= better game.

The fov thing happens for a real reason though, when you're closer to a monitor, and it takes up more of your IRL FOV than a tv, because you're closer to it. You need to increase the FOV to match or else you get a weird tunnel vision effect that causes motion sickness.

PC gaming is:
5% of the time everything works and it’s incredible!
95% of the time something is broken/not working and you have to spend hours finding out why 😂😂
