How many bushels to the acre did they get this year?
ОтветитьI like the fact that you do what it takes to make a living
ОтветитьHe's growing like a weed. Before y'all know it he'll be running them tractors with yall
ОтветитьWe bale ALOT of stalks where we live in Iowa. 20% moisture is very wet for stalks. They are going to heat. We generally let them dry 4-5 days after combining. For mulch you will be fine with them keeping, but they would never work for bedding. The slabs would be like concrete. Also I'm surprised your knotters were working. If I try to bale green stalks the needles pull them into the knotters and I misstie all day long.
ОтветитьSounds making the 4960 earn it's keep as a good ol tractor. It's funny how my mother sees a little bit of black smoke come out of the exhaust of diesel motor. I say mom that is perfectly normal for a diesel to do it.
ОтветитьThat little boy of yours is getting big fast. Independent just like his daddy nothing will get in his way to do what he wants to do.
ОтветитьPerfect overhall
ОтветитьCute William getting big
ОтветитьReally need to have your injectors checked or rebuilt. Black smoke can be related to bad injectors even though the engine runs fine.. The injectors could may not be atomizing the fuel properly and could lead to engine damage. Really a cheap preventive measure and could actually save you money in fuel savings. Bad injectors waste fuel and fuel is money.
ОтветитьYou are in the best place to get Crab Cake SandwichedYou are in the best place to get Crab Cake Sandwiches. Crabs from the Chesapeake Bay area are the best in the nation.

Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьDid you get all of your hay made?
Ответить"WOW"need to put the peddle to the metal Wes
ОтветитьYou'll not be too far from me once you get to painter VA. Cape Charles VA is where you will be going near Bay bridge tunnel. Go to a restaurant called The Oyster Farm. Right on the bay. You will see a beautiful sunset. Great food and cold beer. Enjoy the Eastern shore while you are here. Maybe I'll see you in the travel on RT 13 heading south. Good luck and take care.
ОтветитьThanks for the footage of William and Theresa. It's always great to see them and especially how that boy has grown!
ОтветитьYou be happy to be done with the corn stalks..for a little while anyway lol
ОтветитьWes, try just leaving that 4960 engine oil a quart low on the dipstick it may just stabilize at that level and stop consuming oil. Every engine is a bit different. Cheers mate 🍻
ОтветитьWatching your rebuild videos and seeing the 4960 in the field is proof enough for me, that you can rebuild a tractor out in the barn
ОтветитьReal tractors blow black smoke.............
ОтветитьLoving the black smoke Greta Thunberg would love it too Haha.
ОтветитьSounds like the rings had to seat to stop using oil. I was glad you decided to keep this tractor. I remember when you were about ready to part ways with it.
ОтветитьI work at a salvage yard and sell a ton of parts to Giorgio in berks county...
ОтветитьGood video
ОтветитьSounds like you need a flatbed tractor trailer down there if your driving 65miles with a tractor.
ОтветитьThanks for the new content!
ОтветитьVery good video on the 4960 and the family too .have good day .
ОтветитьYou finally got the rings to seat. It's great that you can take the family along on you bailing business trips.
Ответитьlooks like its over fueling maybe the air filter is a bit pluged?
ОтветитьYES INDEED , i WANT TO LEARN FARMING.... Hi Wes... so much to learn
ОтветитьI love that 4960, the stace of the tractor, the sound of the engine, I know its basic, I know its smelly and noisy and I think thats why Tim likes it so much as well as the sentamental factor.
ОтветитьThat boys getting big
ОтветитьBoy has william is getting big! He’s going to be quite the handful if he’s ever let to run free!
Ответитьman i needed an olf video today. wes i sure hope you are making a living and keep making videos

ОтветитьThat hiniker is basically the same thing as a poultry house shredder
ОтветитьGood video Wes
ОтветитьGeorgi don't hardly pay anything I called bout their add other day and the said 90 a ton and at auction is morw
ОтветитьTripping the light fantastic
ОтветитьAre you still sending some bales to the mushroom composter in the walking floor trailers and getting the leftovers back as fertilizer
ОтветитьCk the oil
ОтветитьDoesn’t spinning bearings help with oil consumption?
Thanx from the left coast near the Krapitol of California
It takes time for the rings to seat properly. Newly rebuilt engines burn oil and have blowby that's normal.
ОтветитьJoe was trippin' the light fantastic ;)
ОтветитьCorn stalks are tough. Our neighbor popped a tire on their Honda ATC 3 wheeler.
