Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Outlook

I'm struggling to find out how to "leave a copy of the mail on the webserver", so that when I delete mail from my website, the mail doesn't get automatically deleted from my inbox of Microsoft Outlook; and vice versa.
Another issue is of Saving Sent Items in Microsoft Outlook, it doesn't function on my computer despite being enabled.
Can you kindly help in sorting it out.

This should be taught in school. It should be standard. I can imagine will be especially useful to grad and undergrad students.

That is a great tutorial. Thank you. I am in te UK and have recently updated my system with a new laptop with windows 11. I am winding down on my windows 7 PC to eventually finish with the PC. I have uses Thunderbird for my 3 e-mail accounts, but want to move away and this Outlook is similar in some ways. My question is this, if I start using Outlook e-mail and find I dont like it, can I easily close it down again and move to another platform. Sorry if its a simple question but ar age 82, I am still trying to learn more.

Outlook looks totally different now! They updated it and I have no idea how to see my sent mail!

My Outlook doesn t have all those tabs... it just looks like an normal email with Word , Excel , PowerPoint on
the side. What am I doing wrong ? i m logged in any everything but still no tabs like in your video. Much appreciated.
