Can we run NVIDIA DeepStream or other ML SDKs in snaps on the Ubuntu Core?

Ima have a phone with ubuntu touch, a a tv with ubuntu tv, a laptop with ubuntu and a house that runs on ubuntu core. A fully ubuntuize house

I tried ubuntu raspberrypi desktop version 22.04... but cannot perform headless install... when I check the readme file in boot partition of ubuntu (after flashing the iso ) it mentions to configure "network-config" but this file is missing ... tried thrice with ubuntu iso.. looks like some bug or something is missing....any help appreciated...Thanks

It is well known that ubuntu sends a lot of telemetry data back to Canonical. Is this done even on core? If not, can this be proven? I like this concept of core, but right now I cannot trust it. Ubuntu would have to lose the reputation of sending telemetry data before I would consider it for iot.
