A welder is a welder long as it sticks two pieces of metal together what more can you ask for
ОтветитьMy local Miller dealer said this unit with crap out in 5 to 6 months?
ОтветитьCan you make us a video on how to change the different settings for newbies? Please!
ОтветитьI paid for one! Sorry only 14 cents....
ОтветитьIn the UK this brand 200amp 735£ what tha heck?
ОтветитьImportant "Top Tip" for owners - Azzuno, in their wisdom, are hugely optomistic on the "Ours has the longest welding torch leads!" front. They do indeed generally have the longest welding torch leads.... which is bad, not good, because they have the exact same boggo single-wheel wire feed as all other Chinese welders. This wire feed won't jam wire successfully down that long, long welding torch lead for, erm, long... it'll jam.
The solution is to about halve the length of the welding torch lead - ignore the trigger/torch end - shorten it at the binzle connector end. You will then have a very fine welder once more. Otherwise, you will have - trust me - a paperweight. Halve the length of the torch-lead they supply. Thank me later.
😊
Ответитьwhat kind of adapter did you use for the regulator hose?
ОтветитьAre the tips / nozzles fairly standard? I don't see it on the Amazon page
ОтветитьCould you share me your settings?
Mine isn't working at all.
I am grounded and all.
I have welded before, but I'm not getting a single bead with this thing.
Does your mig gun attachment wobble up and down where it connects into the welder?
ОтветитьThe deko version of that is 50$ cheaper
ОтветитьWish you would've showed the machine up close. Bruh!
Ответитьcould u use this only with electricity, no gas ?
ОтветитьI've been looking at this welder myself. The only thing I can say is all that spatter it makes with the gas on I would prefer not to have. Not sure if increasing the gas flow would help that or not. But I want to get away from that. Also I want to weld sheet metal, so it would be nice to find a demo of welding thin stuff like for auto body work.
ОтветитьCowboy. It’s looks good to me. Screw the naysayers.
ОтветитьThe cheapest 200a welder is the S7, can you test that one?
ОтветитьGood video!! You try to weld thin sheet metal 20 or 22 gauge?? You thinks can work good for this sheet metal gauge??
ОтветитьWhen using 110 v will a 20 amp breaker work?
ОтветитьWhere do you get parts? Such as replacement tips and a longer stinger? Thank you!
ОтветитьI was looking at this welder just for a few projects. SOLD!
ОтветитьYou might want to pull the mig gun for better penetration on thicker material. For 1/4 or above you want to run .035 wire. Set your gas at 20 on the regulator. Jody at weldingtipsandtricks has an outstanding video for beginner mig welders. He shows a cursive E technique for mig welding. Your doing great!!!
ОтветитьWhat would help GREATLY, Is you recording the damn settings on this thing AS you weld, to give us all a starting point with this gobbler. This is like MOST Chinese devices like this; they might work, but they're a BITCH to use. Help us out here.
ALSO: I got some gasless tip shields so as not to have to use the larger tip. NOBODY apparently makes a "deep" well one that fits entirely over the Azzuno handle tip.
the ones I got leave about 3/8" ring exposed; not so much a hazard, just annoying that nobody keeps track of the details like this.
Do you know how to get the tig torch add on?
Ответить269 dollars? or 213 British pounds. Here in Britain Amazon want 600 pounds or 757 dollars. You guys have it so good. I've just watched Project Farm test welders, the best budget one is from Harbor Freight - not available here either.
ОтветитьConnect your ground to positive, and get an inline brass ground for your argon tank/torch lead, hook it up, clamp your stinger stinger to said brass; boom you’re TIG welding. The only thing they didn’t supply you with was the TIG torch which should be on your lead, and the brass adapter, which again is just a good thing to have attached to your lead.
Ответитьtry dragging instead
ОтветитьCurious how it does on 110v. Thats mainly how i need to use one
ОтветитьGreat Video! I need a new one for the new farm. I think I might get one of these. Thanks!!
ОтветитьI have the same welder. While using wire try dragging and not pushing. Also try using "half moon" technique with the belly away from you. It will come out mint.
ОтветитьOn the two angle iron you butt welded, you didn't show the penetration on the bottom of the weld. You didn't explain what your weld settings or size wire used.
ОтветитьI have asked this company 2 times about the spool gun it says I can use but they not answer me. Anyone got any ideas on a spool gun? I have not bought the welder yet and will not buy if no 1 knows cuz that the only reason I'll buy 1 if I can get a spool gun to use with it. Thanks for any help.
ОтветитьDid it penetrate enough for strength? It might have been the camera. But it looked a bit like a cold weld. Not penetrating enough to become a part of the metal. Am I wrong?
ОтветитьThat's a good welder
ОтветитьHey. Can you do another video on this welder on the highest setting.
ОтветитьIf you think of MIG welding like you would stick welding the angles of deposition are the same the advantages you don't have to change electrodes don't be too hard on yourself and you mentioned something about a fixture table building one would give you a lot more practice one and for General reference since you're going to be doing quarter-inch that's what you said you work with the most 20 V is pretty close to the equivalent of 140 amps which is what quarter inch is usually welded at
ОтветитьNo that is your non-ferrous liner what you're calling a vinyl hose know that's for feeding aluminum through your machine you most likely got a u-groove roller with that machine for 5356 aluminum
ОтветитьThe back of the 120v plug in cord , not the adapter but the cord. Is awg 12 gauge USA grade . That's for a maximum peak power 20 amp.. the mig gun this kit comes with is 30 amps. Meaning eventually the mother board will fry.. you can't put 30amps thru the welding system according to the wire they used. . Your computer board will always be 10 amps to hot overheating and eventually stop working they should have used 10 gage to the board. Thru the 110.cord. but they didn't.
ОтветитьLooking at this machine because the Stahlwerks machine came from Europe and i dont think it would work with our electricity.
ОтветитьI did the same thing you did for my first tig welder Ibotta multi-process machine and I taught myself how to do lift tig . Now that I have a dedicated machine for TIG welding primeweld tig225x I have my cheap suseme mts 225 for my dedicated MIG welder.
ОтветитьHow much dose the gas and other stuff i need gonna cost?
ОтветитьWhat do you honestly think about this welder, I'm looking at the 250amp version of the welder
ОтветитьAnyone know if the leads are interchangeable? Can I buy longer leads for this machine?
ОтветитьAppreciate the review, how’d you go about choosing your settings? between this and the Titanium from HF
ОтветитьWhat did you have your settings on?
ОтветитьI was my half of the $0.14
Just ordered one
I’m a welder at a foundry, for future reference, if what you were welding on aka your table top was metal, you don’t have to ground out the project, just clean a spot on the table top and ground the table out.
ОтветитьTry finding a community college that has a welding class for adults. If they have an instructor that has had professional training or a a journeyman card it will be well worth the cost. I had a class provided by a community college and the instructor was formerly a Ford imployee and union member. He taught how to set the wire speed the gas pressure and on different machines. And then T.I.G. Welding stainless steel and aluminum. 🙂And most importantly will give you tips on how to produce beautiful beads reliably.
ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьI have had mine for about 2 months now, it has been a beast. Welds amazing and has worked flawlessly every time all the time. I mig with gas on 110/220 with it. Haven't tried stick or tig yet.. My only gripe is the cheap torch, but I'm just going to order a yeswelder torch to replace it
