ОтветитьThe 82nd is the definition of if "I almost made it" was a unit.
ОтветитьMy brother was 82nd Airborne in the 90s.
He was on one of those planes aimed at Haiti. According to him, they got turned back after a number of hours in the air, and everyone was a bit more than extremely grumpy that they didn't get to aggressively visit Haiti.
HOOAH!!!!
All the lanterns?
Ответитьwhen i was in Bragg THE PATCH. was American A$$hole$ ! lol
ОтветитьIf my main don’t open wide
I’ve got a reserve by my side.
If that one should fail me too,
Look out, Ground! I’m coming through!
I had a family member who was 82nd in ww2, and another who was a tanker on the front lines, can't remember which tank division tho
Ответить2nd 325 All the way Airborne!
ОтветитьAATW
ОтветитьIt occurs to me that we have the ability to assume an average dangus size based on select groups of people with nothing more than a three week survey.
Can you imagine the psyop we could pull with this? The very real ability to quantifiably, scientifically explain to an enemy how literally fu€ked they're about to be if they decide to choose find-out?'
How about do a video on Delta?
ОтветитьYou should do a video on "the rule of LGOPs" ....
Ответить"Uncle Sam gave him a live stream of the 82nd Airborne loading to come get him."
"I retire."
The End!
Funny shit!
AATW!!
Ответить26 mph shit I must burn in than because I bounce.
ОтветитьThe 101st also has a similar ability. I think 24 hours to be on the ground though instead of 18.
I had buddies on that plane to Haiti. OPORDER for the seizure of their objective, an airfield I believe stated that it was guarded by, "an old man and his dog."
C 1/505 82nd checking in.
ОтветитьI was with a member of the 82nd today, he served during the Korean War.....He's almost 90 yrs young. He had some great stories.....hilarious.
ОтветитьKid, you forgot the "BUH" part!
OORAH AND AMEN, SEMPER FI!
And the Corps can deploy anywhere within 48 hours and hold it indefinitely.
ОтветитьFun
ОтветитьGood sir, whether it's for Uncle Sam, it's still for fun. + Some Chicken teeth And dirt naps.
ОтветитьAmerica: Haiti stop playing fuck around and find out and just give back the country to the people who rightfully own it.
Haitian dictator: No why don't you make me.
America live streaming the 82nd Airborne getting ready to make him give it back: You really don't want me to make you.
Haitian dictator: ya know on second thought I think I'm gonna retire.
America: Good choice.
And that's just the rapid deployment force. 14,000 more will be there in 48 hours pissed that you shot at their brothers.
ОтветитьFormer Paratrooper/Ranger. It's "ALL ALCOHOLICS "
ОтветитьI was a member of the 82nd!! AATW!!
ОтветитьThe joke was on Cédras in '94. The feed of us loading was old. We were already in the air. AATW.
ОтветитьProud to have been a member! And yeah, the amount of alcohol consumed could keep a small country perpetually drunk...
ОтветитьImaging being Dictator and just recieve a livestream link to fucking Airborne troops packing their shit.
ОтветитьBwahahahaha😂😂
ОтветитьNoriega tried some dumb shit in Panama in 1989. Now you have the 82nd Airborne, the 75th Ranger Regiment, the 7th Infantry Division AND the 7th Special Forces Group pissed off because Noriega made them miss out on Christmas at home. Yeah, we kinda laid waste to that country.
ОтветитьWe're airborne and we're better then you.
ОтветитьCan we get some love for the other two airborne brigades that aren’t apart of the 82nd…. The 173rd and 2-11. They do the same shit. They just aren’t as big.
ОтветитьLMAO, always good Brother
ОтветитьHoly shit they be actually sent that guy a live feed of the 82nd loading their planes. That's hilarious...
As a final effort to force the dictator to step down without violence, the delegation presented General Cédras with a video feed of the 82nd Airborne Division's aircraft being loaded with troops, with the Division's DRF-1 (Division Ready Force 1, the Battalion designated first to deploy, with its equipment and vehicles pre-loaded for parachute drop world-wide) 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment "Red Falcons" already deployed to Ft. Sherman, Panama.
a group of men so damn terrifying that a live stream of them getting out of bed and putting their boots on is enough to end a military dictatorship.
ОтветитьGood job, brother!
As an 82nd vet, I approve this msg.
I once encountered an old man with an 82 airborne hat in a bar (very sweet, fun to talk to), three seats down some drunk jerk starts getting handsy with the waitress, old man tells him to stop, jerk starts mounting of, three minutes later he has a broken nose and the old man is throwing him out the window. Think uncle hub from second hand lions.
ОтветитьWhereas I was active duty army 1/505 parachute infantry 71-74 I do like the Truth being told. Some of us are Old & Bold😎
Ответить“They just played paddy cake with the earth and won” fuck I’m dead
ОтветитьThe Moral of the Story by Little Johnny
"My uncle Ted fought in the Vietnam war, he was in the Airborne . He jumped out of a plane with only a machine gun, a machete, and a case of beer. On the way down he drank the case of beer." "Unfortunately, he landed right in the middle of 100 Vietnamese soldiers. He shot 70 with his machine gun, but ran out of bullets, so he pulled out his machete and killed 20 more. The blade on his machete broke, so he killed the last ten with his bare hands."
The teacher looks in shock at Johnny and asks if there is possibly any moral to his story and Johnny replies, "Don't mess with uncle Ted when he's been drinking
When I went to skydiving school, one of the first things you learn about static line/military jumping is that they have a 50% line-twist rate. Meaning, when the static line finishes pulling your canopy out, the paracord that attaches you to the canopy, is all twisted up… 1 out of every 2 jumps. Scary shit.
ОтветитьI FUCKING LOVE YOUYR SHIT but you are wrong about this one thing the entire US army is on standdown for 18hours but should that be released it is hell hath no furry and it includes secretaries not just GRUNTS of which i was one
Ответить82 push ups, 82 sit ups, and runing like the wind is the standard 👌

ОтветитьIn the draft of 1917, a man from Tennessee
Overseas to the trenches he went, from the land of the free
Into war he brought two things along, a rifle and his faith
Joined the ranks as a private, assigned to 328th
There on that day
Alvin York entered the fray
Saving the day
82nd all the way
Into the fires of hell, the Argonne, a hero to be
Entered the war from over the sea
Intervene, 1918, all the way from Tennessee
Hill 223
When his faith has been put to the test, the call to arms he heeds
On the eighth of October he went, made a sergeant for his deeds
Fearless, leading the raid of the war, machine gun on the hill
Charge the enemy taking the prisoners by power of his will
There on that day
Sergeant York entered the fray
Saving the day
82nd all the way
Into the fires of hell, the Argonne, a hero to be
Entered the war from over the sea
Intervene, 1918, all the way from Tennessee
Hill 223
What Sergeant York achieved that day
Would echo to the U.S.A
It's 82nd all the way
Death from above, what they now say
What Sergeant York achieved that day
Echoes from France to the U.S.A
It's 82nd all the way
Death from above, what they now say
Into the fires of hell, the Argonne, a hero to be
Entered the war from over the sea
Intervene, 1918, all the way from Tennessee
Hill 223
