Jai, I love the things you show and explain. You make it quite clear that ppl have really got to understand the simple but highly overlooked techniques that can make or break something. Keep up the good work. I too have studied under various forms and I would love to learn some things from you personally. It has always been a dream of mine to accomplish. There are some important questions I would love to ask. Especially after Blood and Bone although that's a movie. It was the point that you showed what you are truly capable of. So instead of effort i flick my hand loosen the muscles and only ball up my fists and make it go in a straight line if that makes sense
So i achieve maximum speed thus max power
