This is amazing, I used to belong to this karate school when I was a kid. The only regret I have is that I didn't keep up with this as when I was younger, but being in my 40s now I can get back into this and get some good exercise out if it too. This is perfect! I used to do karate and competed at tournaments for 3 years, but stopped when i was younger. So I just want to reinforce what I was taught and learn further. I cant afford to go to a dojo atm.

Even my kids are training now they have friends in Taiwan on Roblux and internet and can very rarely talk to them for them preparing for war my kids or really worried for them also when older want to be prepared in case we are threaten of invasion
