To answer your question, Imran, some people like to think that Allah is not God! Plus they don't seem to believed that, "God answers all prayers"... regardless what you call Him. God created each and every one of us. And btw, He also knows all of our languages! And our hearts. And He gave us different Commandments through different Messengers about every 1,000 years, beginning with Adam, Who taught us that there IS a God; ONE GOD!  That's why He's called, "The First Man". (There were obviously other "men" around.)
So why would God favor one religion over another? (Except we probably should pay attention to the, "Updates"!) If the Commandments from Each have stood the test of time, and have improved our behavior and understanding, and changed the course of civilization, then they ARE REAL!   EACH spoke as GOD!
And for those of you who don't know, Mohammed completely changed the culture of a bunch of waring people (Arabs) into cooperative people who built a better material... and a better spiritual civilization, than we in the West had at that time. And some of those Muslims are serious about praying five times a day, even if they don't use a little piece of carpet every time! And remember, "God answers ALL prayers". (Even tho the answer is sometimes, "NO".) So what we have is ONE COMBINED COVENANT from different Messengers, each of Whom appeared in the Israeli area, and descended from Abraham, and came from that ONE GOD, and each of Whom said He was the "only" One (at that time; because He was the most recent), and Who's' Commandments could ALL be summed up: "Love thy neighbor AS THYSELF"!  
Do you know anybody who actually does that? Remember that parable about when you see "a speck" in the eye of somebody else, removing "the beam" from your own eye? Did you have any say into which religion you were born? Have we achieved peace on earth, as Isiah promised, through your religion? Jesus said, "I came not to bring peace, but a sword"! And Mohammed's Message is not too peaceful either. Maybe we all need to just "get over" ourselves? And actually investigate the religions we don't know much about? The newest is called, "The Baha'i Faith". It promises peace on earth IN THIS AGE! You can Google it... if you're interested.
